On the foreshore of Newcastle, this is a great place to get a cheap feed and dine out or takeaway. My favourite is the tiger pie, with potato, mushy peas and gravy, yum!

This cafe has delicious homemade sausage rolls, the best coffee this side of Italy and flavoured milk from the local dairy. We make a special stop there on our way to Nundle or Tamworth.
