Stephen offers a competitive price and a great service. He loves what he does and it shows, in his work. He offers a personalized service and has built a great rapport with my dog Charlie.

Stephen is gentle, friendly, dependable and always arrives on time. I could not ask for a better service.

We have used Jen Coasta's twice now and are completely satisfied with the service and quality of work.
Jennifer is great with our baby and he responds well to her. The cost is even better!
I highly recommend using this dog grooming service.

This is one of my favourite cinemas because of the Gold Class Lounge. The cost is a not bad value and you can order drinks/nibbles to come out twice during the film. I have two issues with this cinema: (1) the toilets are too far away from where the movies are screened and (2) if you have disability (like me); they haven't really planned for disabled access in the actual cinema. There is only steps up to the lounge areas and this is a problem for me.
A plus to it all though, the gold lounge allows you to lay back and enjoy your movie whilst receiving wine & food. What more can you ask for!

We had a booking for a Wednesday night, upon entering we were seated straight away and our drink orders were taken. The drinks arrived quickly and we placed our entree/mains order. Whilst the entree came out very quickly, it was nearly an hour later before our dinner came out. I had ordered the Chicken Schnitzel burger which was quite bland in taste. I had to add a lot of seasoning to it. One of our friends ordered the rump steak and asked for it to be medium but it came out mostly rare. When the server came to check if we were satisfied, she informed her that the steak was not cooked to order & she apologised; but didn't offer any solution, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Our friend was unable to eat her steak and shared her husband's burger.
The food and the service I would rate 6/10 - room for improvement. I would go again, but would not go for the dinner service; as they are mainly 'lunch-style' meals.

I walked in on a Thursday afternoon for a hair wash & treatment and was able to get in straight away. The treatment I received was absolutely lush and the hairdresser Sarah was fantastic. Whilst I have not used them to cut/style my hair, I did thoroughly enjoy the hair experience.

This review is for Elie's Tent, Victoria Park WA

We trialled this restaurant by chance, something different and well my first impressions were not the best but as my parents always say 'never judge a book by it's cover' and this is the same for Elie's Tent. The inside is very basic and traditional but quaint. We were seated straight away and were left alone to figure out what we wanted. The host was very understanding and was even willing to substitute certain foods on the platters due to my allergies. We ordered 3 entrees: MOUTABBAL (Eggplant blended with tahini, garlic, fresh lemon juice & spices); FATAYIR (Oven baked fresh pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese) & BASTORMA (thin slices of hot seasoned smoked beef). All entrees were served with freshly made lebanese bread & dips and the Fatayir were absolutely amazing! For mains my husband ordered the bbq platter & I had the chicken special which we were advised prior to ordering that both meals are made from scratch & took 50mins to cook. Having a time-frame allowed us to decide when we wanted our mains. The service from the staff (all family) was excellent. Everything was amazing and the TABBOULEH was to die for. Entree's averaged about $11 each & mains about $27.00 and they were decent sized servings. I cannot wait to go again and try something else next time!

This is the third and last time we will try CY O'Connor as each time has been very disappointing. The food is not what you order, comes out slow and the customer service from the girls is appalling. We have tried the restaurant at different times: early evening, Saturday night and the Sunday session and each time been disappointed. When ordering the Roast Beef roll the meat appeared to be sandwich meat reheated and was disgusting, in fact our table sent our food back. The food this time improved slightly but I ordered a veggie sandwich which was supposed to be served on a field mushroom, with capsicum, zucchini, sundried tomatoes with pesto but what I received was button mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and pumpkin with pesto which had melted cheddar through it. I guess it could have been better if a softer cheese was used instead of cheddar but it was not.
There was only one staff member working the floor who was any good and well he cannot be responsible for everyone else.

I signed up online for the monthly membership and was able to book my massage for the following day. I booked an hour long Relaxation Massage with Karl and he was fantastic. I was instantly greeted by the staff and shown to the private members room where I could unwind. Upon completing the paperwork, I was shown to the massage room and it was heavenly bliss.

We were led to a small table snug in the corner on the balcony where easy-listening music was being played and the weather was beautiful.

Our waitress was not only that - she was a connoisseur of food and was able to really 'sell' the dishes. For entree (on her advice) we ordered the chopped caramalised apple with roasted almonds, served with an oven-baked rosemary and garlic brie and turkish bread. It was to die for.
The number of mains was the only disappointing factor. For someone like me who is unable to eat red meat, high fat or high tomato content (for medical reasons) and is allergic to fish, I would have liked to see a chicken dish on the menu. However, I opted to have the lamb shanks & boy were they good! The shanks were served with a cauliflower puree, broccoli and a beautiful jus.

We also ordered the cider tasting plate and well they were
D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! We ended up opting for one of the ciders to have with our mains and were advised they would be complimentary. Because of this and the fact they were so good, we ended up purchasing some more as we left.

All up an excellent place to go - it's like a little bit of Margaret River 25 minutes from home! We'll definitely be back!!

From the moment we first enquired about their services, the customer service was great. They were not pushy & responded within a quick time frame. They also had the cheapest rates around!
They turned up this morning on time and did not stop until my husband had to tell them to take a break! They worked until everything was moved into the room & even re-arranged the furniture at no extra cost. I thoroughly recommend this service, they are insured and take great care of your goods as well as the house itself. Great service all around.
