Very low standard of accommodation with very bad customer service. Old run down "resort" with only one restaurant and one coffee shop/newsagent/gift shop which is often closed and one of the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. This company also debited my credit card 3 months after my stay without advising me that they had done so. No apology for taking so long to process the transaction. I will never stay at this resort again and would also discourage others from doing so. It is hotels such as these which give Australian tourism a bad name.

Very happy with this company. I purchased some new glasses from them earlier this year which unfortunately broke a few months later. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem but as I was overseas at the time with no travel insurance I had to purchase another pair. I emailed SpecSavers who were amazing - they responded promptly and courteously and offered to replace the broken pair even though they were under no obligation to do so. I was very happy with their customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly be purchasing all my glasses from them in future.

To be perfectly honest, I only chose this company because they provided the best quote when we needed to move our daughter's furniture from Melbourne to Sydney.

Because the quote was such good value for money, I did not expect the service to be as good as it turned out to be. I was pleasantly surprised! The level of service at every stage of the process was fantastic -from providing a prompt (and very reasonable) quote, to great communication (by phone and email), and finally, to the efficient and fantastic way the guys treated the furniture, I am very, very happy that I serendipitously stumbled upon this company.

Lanie in the office was an absolute delight and I would like to thank her and commend her on her incredible patience with me and my family! (She knows what I mean!!!).

To conclude, I just cannot fault this company and its service and I highly recommend them to anyone planning an interstate move. The fact that they are Australian-owned is an added bonus.

The worst property managers ever! After a very positive experience with them a few years ago when they sold my house, I decided to entrust my rental property with them whilst I went to live overseas for 12 months- worse move I could have made. This agency only seems to have one person in charge of the rental department so when he is on leave there is no one around to even answer emails. It so happened that he did go on leave for the entire month of January. My tenants apparently gave notice to vacate in December but I wasn't informed until I asked just as they were about to move out. Many of my emails were only answered after repeatedly asking for a response! The company "accidentally" put up a "For Sale" sign instead of a "For Lease" one when my tenants moved out.
I could go on and on, but needless to say, I would NOT recommend this company ever again!

Although I drive a Holden, I have used these guys a couple of times for roadworthy certificates and minor repairs. They are very friendly, helpful and efficient and don't seem to charge as much as the Holden guys in Doncaster.

I agree with many of the reviews here, great service, beautiful ambience but serving sizes not terribly generous and somewhat expensive. We ordered a selection of plates to share amongst our group of 15 but found there were not enough of some things to go around. It probably wasn't the best way to order. It would therefore be unfair to comment on serving sizes as I have not dined here other than in a large group. The service was impeccable and our waiter was very attentive all night. I would highly recommend this place to bibliophiles. Wine and food came to roughly $45.00 per head.

Very happy with this company. They were totally professional, reliable and efficient in getting some furniture delivered to auction house. Hassle free, stress free, fantastic customer service, both from office staff and from delivery guys. I found them using WOMO of course and was not disappointed.

I cannot remember a time when I have had worse service or food at a restaurant. The waitress was intolerably rude to the point where I thought she was channelling John Cleese! After being told off like a couple of schoolgirls for entering through the "wrong door" we were led to a table out the back. No sooner had we sat down than we were rudely told we would need to move to the front of the restaurant. All my instincts were telling me to leave at this point but as it was late and we were only here for coffee and dessert after the theatre we decided to stay. My friend ordered the lemon tart and I ordered a caramel roulade. The roulade turned out to be a very bad custard surrounded by an undercooked meringue, the entire mess drowing in a cup of espresso. My friend's lemon tart needed a sledge hammer to hack through the pastry, and a spoon to eat the watery filling!

I truly cannot believe this restaurant is still in business!

Really great cafe which produces consistently good food. Have only ever been for breakfast and have never been disappointed. Have had the fruit and yogurt, bircher muesli, and last Sunday ordered the special, figs with ricotta and honey - sensational! Service is always good. Great little place for Sunday breakfast.
