is an excellent value for money service. I've already saved $$$$ on my first visit to one of the best dentists ever. The discounts off my invoice have already paid for my first year's annual fee.
The app is very easy to use and with plenty of incentives to continue membership. Very glad I joined up!

Don’t do it you won’t be smiling when they bill your credit card without authorisation,I then asked for refund & had to chat online as they don’t have a phone number so that’s warning enough,asked for refund & they kept $25 for admin|cancelation fee although they illegally billed me

Your smile.com.au dental cover gives you continuous coverage like all health covers. This means you will always receive your smile.com.au benefits especially important in emergencies, including reduced and capped dental fees at every visit to a smile.com.au dentist, no exclusions, and no limits, all from $79 a year.
The continuous coverage was communicated before joining and can also be found in the Terms of Use. smile.com.au also sends out a reminder email 30 days before the automatic renewal is due unless you have unsubscribed from receiving reminders.
As per our Terms of Use, renewing/rejoining members are no longer eligible for a refund under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (See section E. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee of our Terms of Use). This means that you weren't eligible for a refund. Nonetheless, our Team provided you a courtesy refund minus a small admin fee for our work to review and arrange a courtesy refund.

I used chat system with Monica she is the worst I believe it is a robot I Asked to talk to a real person never got give a number do not join they steal your money - They were not helpful at all kept my money after I did not agree to renewing my memebership due to being heavly pregnate and about to go on maturnity leave so I will now not be able to pay my electricity bill and it is the middle of winter and I will have no power

Please keep in mind that your payment was simply authorised by your bank and in order to cancel your cover, you simply need to cancel it online or by contacting us.

Good dental cover for a whole family
Worthwhile spending for the whole family. Every member gets discounted dental treatments. Only problem is I know smile to late.
I joined smile at the end of last year as I went in for a general check up and found that I needed a lot of work done sadly but the lady behind the front desk asked me if I had private help which I replied no and she said try Smile you will save so much money so I went home and signed up with them immediately which only 15minutes to do and I have saving heaps of money since.
Smiles is worth the membership. We nearly got our 2-year family fee back in saving from just 1 visit to our dentist.
I wouldn't recommend them and highly question the veracity of some of their endorsers on their site.

As for your benefits, you can easily view your savings from dental treatments performed by a smile.com.au dentist by scanning your dental invoices on the smile.com.au app.

Great value. Smile.com.au is a great way to save money at the dentist. I don’t have health insurance but this option is perfect.
Glad I took the plunge! I was so sceptical at first about this, but then my dentist agreed that yes it’d be a good idea for me and my dental needs, and my dentist just happens to be a preferred dentist for smile conveniently, now I’m so very glad that I decided to do it after all! Well worth it.
