Called Paul 2 weeks ago to get my carpets cleaned after my daughter had a bout of gastro. He was able to fit me in the early the next morning before another job which was fantastic. He did a thorough good job leaving the carpets spotless and the rooms smelling fresh and clean.

My carpet is over 10 years old so it was quite stained. I hadn't had it professionally steam cleaned before so I wasn't expecting any miracles that the stains would come out, I just wanted it to be clean. I have two young children so I chose the hospital-grade carpet deodorise and bacteria treatment also. I had a large L-shaped lounge, hallway & main bedroom cleaned during a promotional discount and paid $165 in total. The carpet did come up looking much cleaner, & smelling fresher. Paul took the extra time to work on stains and many did come out. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Paul, he did a great job in a few hours...all while I relaxed and did a bit of gardening!

Had a house inspection at short notice and Paul showed up a day after I placed a booking which was great!

Carpets were very dirty and we had struggled to get it cleaned well before, but now they are the best they've ever been!

Carpet in 3 bedrooms, living, family & dining rooms cleaned. Also kitchen tiles cleaned. Easy to contact, immediate response to enquiry, Paul arrived on time and did a great job. Kitchen tiles were an afterthought & the result was fabulous- just wish I'd had all the other tiles done too.

Originally, I just wanted the carpets cleaned. I then discovered that Paul had a tile & grout cleaning process.

I simply cannot extol the virtues of his work highly enough. Our grouting was in a terrible state and Paul has restored it to almost 'as new' condition. I am delighted with his carpet cleaning too. There were marks that no other cleaner had been able to remove - Paul succeeded where others had failed miserably!!! In addition, to the high standard of the actual work he performed, his approach to the quoting, booking and billing processes were brilliant! He arrived ON TIME and worked steadily and diligently until complete. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul - in fact, I have already done so to many of my friends and they are equally pleased with his work ethic, integrity and professionalism.

Service was booked prior to having a full bottle of red wine dropped on carpet! Paul was able to remove it pretty successfully considering the age of the carpet. Very happy with the result. Our very old carpets will now last another couple of years. Paul is a very honest and friendly person - I highly recommend him to anyone.

Paul recently cleaned my carpets, lounge suite and the grout in my bathroom floor. His attention to detail was outstanding. My carpets and lounge had a lot of marks and I had been duped by a shyster previously who really did nothing other than run around spraying a bit of steam and achieved nothing. The carpets looked like NEW and they are 8 years old. Paul was not the cheapest, but nor was his quote by any means the highest I obtained. It was WELL worth every cent. He was reliable, polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Had the carpets cleaned. In particular we had a couple of spots where there were some quite bad stains. Was very pleased with Paul's commmunication.
