Epools are the cheapest for place online for parts. I bought wings for my Kreepy Krauly - they were 20% cheaper than other online stores. They kept me informed by email when they had sent the item and it arrived in only two days after purchase. Postage was also free. Great work epools!

bought a hard to find pool filter, due to dimensions being wrong it would not fit. Alan at epools looked up correct filter we needed and it has arrived today and fits great!

We needed two replacement pool parts and sourced them online at epools.com.au They had an extensive range of products and we were able to locate what we needed easily on their webpage. Their pricing was comparable to other sites and a lot cheaper than ordering through a local pool shop. The fact that they had both parts and at a reasonable price swayed our decision to order through them. Ordering was very easy. The first part arrived only a few days after after placing the order, but the second took a few days longer. Still pretty quick (10 days in total including weekend). We do live in a regional area. What we did appreciate was the quick email response we received from epools, when we asked about the second part not being with the first. We knew immediately that it was on it's way from a different distribution point, hence the delay. Good service. Epools also allow you to track your order. The chlorinator is already installed and working well. The filter only arrived today but looks the part. All in all we were very satisfied.
