I brought a bunkers bunk with end ladder; it was damaged when arrived over a month ago I’ve contacted bunkers emails / Facebook and no replies…. The so called “pre drilled” holes didn’t exist, had to measure and drill holes yourself for most of the rails as they don’t pre drill anything, clips weren’t put in properly.

Wouldn’t says it’s got to quality they make out it does that’s for sure and well there customer service is just pathetic it doesn’t exist like the pre drilled holes.

I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Do not order from this company. They are not what they used to be. Beds ordered 2nd December and zero communication. They will not phone you and they rarely answer the phone. Come the end of March, still no beds. After numerous emails we are told May delivery. We purchased elsewhere and got a refund. One of the worst customer service companies I have come across.

Buyer be aware. We ordered a bunk bed from Bunkers 3 months ago, they said it would be a 4 week wait, after the 4weeks had come and gone we heard nothing, so I emailed and they said it would be on the next QLD order in 2 weeks, ok fine, the 2 weeks came and went nothing, emailed again they said it would be on the next QLD shipment in 2 weeks, frustrated but ok. This went on for 2 months. They just kept telling me lies, without any idea of when my order was coming. Very disappointed, we thought this was a great Australian company. We asked for a refund and they sent it thru straight away, they had no apology, couldn’t care less. Very poor customer service.

We waited for 7 months to receive two bunk beds. The company did not offer any compensation for the long delay and I kept having to check with them for an update. Dealing with Bunkers was a ghastly experience and very frustrating. They are just interested in making you place the order, after that their customer service is appalling. I recommend looking elsewhere. Unless you want to wait for seven months for your order.

I have a Queen size high loft bed finished in the Decorator White.
One year on I'm still impressed with how solid the frame is and the quality of the finish.
Assembly was easy with the comprehensive instructions and everything just fitted into place.
It is surprising how much room is now available underneath a loft bed for other uses.
Unlike a major European furniture company, the Bunkers beds are made here to fit Australian sized mattresses and for standard Australian ceiling heights.
Money well spent and highly recommended.

I was impressed with the quality and friendly service of this Australian owned and operated company. The quality of the furniture is top of the range, but the prices are value for money. They have thought of everything when it comes to bunk beds such as convertible bunks, desks, and even cots. The mattresses are from a quality Aussie company too!
