Hi guys i am writing this about my experience.
This is my first experience with this company. I ordered oneplus smartphone in september 5, 2021.
Today is 7th september.
Status: processing
I Have mailed, they replying within one day max. i am happy for now. They said that they will send phone at 9th september. i will update soon. thanks

This is 4th day of order. They replied yesterday evening and said he wants to check my items that will be further processing or not at advised date that was 9th september. Today is 9th september. i am still waiting for the update in processing. Till now there is no email response and no any update. Thanks

We are very pleased with the quality of the phone and have not had any problems to date.
The phone arrived safely, although the box was quite damaged. (not their fault).
Customer service was quick with a reply. Great experience

which phone and what is the destination. Is it within australia? How many days they took to deliver to you. I am waiting for an order of mobile (Oneplus). Its been 4 days no any update. Just says order processing.

So far so good! If delivery is fast and secure (possibly even traceable) could not ask for any better! - Only thing that could have made this experience any better would have been an Aus power adapter instead of the converter. Other than that... Straight A's. Thanks and Well Done!!!

Product was very well priced, was dispatched within advertised time, could have been a little quicker, no concerns on purchase and will use service again, have recommended to a friend who has also just purchased the same product.

I bought a refurbished phone from them online through MyDeal. They sent me the confirmation of order. The next day they said they had listed the incorrect price and I couldn't have the phone unless I paid double the advertised amount. They inferred I should have known it was a mistake and refused to send me the phone. I believe a good store would honour on line agreements. I was left without a phone whilst I tried to sort the issue. I still never received what I purchased and Mydeal were unsupportive, I will not be using BecexTech or the Mydeal site again.

Word of mouth seems to only publish good reviews, I posted a negative experience with becextech almost 2 months ago and it is yet to be put up.
Traceyd334, dont be surprised if this review never actually happens.
Trustpilot doesn't hide reviews but becextech are quick to flag negative reviews as inappropriate which can slow down the process.

If you are looking for an authentic, low price goods from well-known mobile phones, cameras brands with local warranty then look no further. BecexTech is the right store for you
Great Price for device and delivery time was about a week and a half from date of order. Device default language was some Japanese but thankfully the first setup page was the language selection screen.
Customer service is very courteous and responsive. Definitely recommended

Very professional ans swift response from your service team.
In my case I would prefer if the estimated time for item delivery was more clearly visible during the process of buying the item as I completely missed it.

Provided a phone number that was disconnected - Ignored repeated attempts to contact them over warranty issue.
I purchased a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone.

It started having screen issues (Flickering, etc) and so I completed the provided warranty repair form and send the phone off to Melbourne for repair.

I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, called the firm, they told me they were waiting on a part from China.
Nothing again for another 3 weeks, I call them again and they tell me they can't fix the phone, contacted Becextech about this issue 3 weeks ago and no reply.

Their phone number in Australia is disconnected - I spent almost $1000 on this phone - I will be very upset if they don't replace it.

UPDATE - June 2021
10 weeks after first having the issue BecexTech send back my phone and part of the screen doesn't have any touch function!!!! Upon further complaining, they just sent me the same email - box up the phone, send it to our repair agent, etc, etc.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced online.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - If you have any issues you will be left without a fully working product and no clear solution to getting it fixed.

I have submitted a dispute resolution application to Fair Trading Australia but won't hold my breath that I will get anything done as the company doesn't have any representatives based in Australia.....

UPDATE AUGUST 2021
BecexTech wanted to send the phone back to me and charge me because they couldn't find the fault I had shown them in a video I sent to them. I would not agree to paying any more money after such a poor experience - so were at a stalemate.

I contacted the office of Fair trading and told them the story - they contacted this company and 2 days later I receive an email stating they would send me my phone and waiver the charges they wanted me to pay (how good of them!!!).

The good news is that there was no cost to approach the office of fair trading and I suggest anyone who has a similar experience with this company that I did should not stuff around with them as they don't care and go directly to the authorities that have some level of power to force them to provide the customer service they strongly promote throughout their marketing materials.

I had a VERY bad experience and tried reviewing becextech through this site.... word of mouth haven't even posted it.
What a sham! They post positive reviews from over a year ago at the top, and recent negative reviews get nothing.
Shame on you word of mouth for supporting a company like becextech

I was recommended to the Becextech through friends, all of whom had related that they were very happy with their purchases and with the overall shopping experience. My experience was just as good and I highly recommend Becextech to all. I will also be purchasing more mobile phones from them in the future as they have the best prices, best products and fastest postage.

We bought an "used as demo, like new" Iphone X previously and everything was fine. Therefore we purchased another "used as demo, like new" Iphone XS through this website and very disappointed this time. The product has scratches everywhere with some dent and broken pieces the phone. We took photos and sent them, they said those look "normal" and "acceptable condition". This phone is even older, more scratches and broken pieces than my 3-year old Iphone. We were more upset with the customer service than with the product itself after receiving several answers from [retracted due to personal identifier]. We asked to return and asked for refund, she threatened us multiple ways, also saying if we wanted to return, we had to do immediately before the end of the day (while it always took her a couple of days to get back to our messages). Then she complained it would be costly for her to restock while she charged us delivery fees twice + restocking fee of 10% of the product price. We lost hundreds of dollars, and what we got was headache and upset. We then realized that this is HongKong (China)-based company and lots of their products are Chinese IMEI, not Australian one. Please do your own research and you will find out. EXTREMELY UPSET, NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
