Zoom Play and Party Zone, Wollongong

I've been here for a couple of birthday parties and once just with the kids (4 and 5 yrs) but we won't be going back anytime soon. It was dearer than the other play centres and too busy even though it is a bigger space. I think because it is so big the kids get pretty scared and I couldn't find my two a few times which stressed me out as well as them. Maybe this ones only good for the older kids

We love this place! Our mothers group often meets up here with kids ranging from a few months old to 10ish years. They offer play areas for all ages and in a safe environment and at a great price. Only draw back is when its busy particularly through holidays and weekends waiting for your coffee/food can take a little long and the coffee cups themselves need to be bigger! We are mums people! We dont do little coffees!!!

Everything was superb. The food was great and not too expensive, the staff were wonderful and the prices were great!

I had my daughters 4th birthday party there and the service form the staff could not have been faulted, we were looked after like we we royalty, the kids had such a good time. The value for money is great you get the party room and adult table for 2hrs and once he party is finished you don't have to leave straight away you are able to stay longer if the kids aren't to tired of course. Such a wonderful experience, defiantly will be going back for more

Had my son's birthday party here. Great place for fun and play. There is separate place for babies and separate party rooms. The whole experience was pleasant. The only problem was it was crowded on the day, had more than 5 parties going on. At times it was crazy and hard to find our kids. Friendly and helpful service and staff. The party cost over $250 for a group of 13 kids and adults.

I love how the toddler areas are enclosed so you dont have to chase them out of the big kids areas! However, the climbing part of the toddler area backs onto the fence, should they fall off backwards they would hit their heads on the fence.

A fantastic and overall enjoyable experience. The staff were delightful, standard of customer service was exceptionally high! The play equipment itself is brilliant, lots for kids to do and keeps them busy for hours! The cafe food and coffee is some of the best I've had in Wollongong - I highly recommend Zoom to everyone! I'm certainly not surprised it won Best Play Centre in Illawarra area last year! Well deserved! :D

Zoom play centre has exceptional staff and the setting suits newborns to older children The food is beautiful,fresh and great in variety.

The play equipment is clean,well maintaned and wonderful.

The party areas are 2nd to n one in the area. There is a dedicated movie theatre for down/quiet time and I cannot tell you how great it is I have organised get togethers with family and friends who do not have Children or GrandChildren as my two GrandChildren are so well amused here that I can converse well with other adults The price I have included is for entry for two Children aged 5 and 3 and our lunch and of course tea served in a pot for Grandma

Great place to play for the kids. The toddler and baby area are enclosed. Large toddler play area and there is a huge area for the bigger kids to play. Cafe is nice and reasonably priced. We had lots of fun, will definitely go there again. Two thumbs up.

so much fun for the little kids!!! there is a variety of slides, soft play, climbing equipment, a carousel, a mini theatre and 2 jumping castles!! it is great value for money, and in the summer months you can get a 2-for-1 voucher from local woolies. a great location for a birthday party. my kids just love it!!

Best to buy gifts for the babies. The prices are so cheap and the qualities are great. I didn't know much of the stuff for babies as I'm still single and I just drop by to buy gifts. I was helped by a young staff who from the very start is very friendly to me.

me and my kids love zoom. its a great meeting place for us mums with little children where it is safe for our kids and a great place for a coffee and a good catch up with friends.

A great big play center with separate sections for babies, toddlers and bigger kids. They do parties too but some are more rushed than others and can be quite expensive $16.50 per child minimum 12, but the kids love it and want to keep going back great for a rainy day but can get really crowded on weekends, My favourite play center in the Illawarra
