I did my first product test with Your Source awhile ago and found them to be very professional. The reward I received was a gift card which was great.
The company is conveniently located in the shopping centre and has it's own floor. A little like a maze when you first walk in because you don't know what door to pick but now I have been I was happy to be chosen to partake in this excercise and I hope I get chosen again thanks.

If you visit Chadstone SC, sometimes the Your Source staff recruit shoppers as they enter the centre (on the Woolworths side of the centre) to do market research in their rooms at the centre.
I did a product test with Your Source this week and they were fantastic. The offices are not that hard to find and are conveniently located in the Chadstone shopping centre. The rewards you get vary according to the research you qualify for, but they are always generous. You receive either giftcards or cash for your time. Only downside is you can only do one research testing a month :( The staff are friendly and happy and you get to share your opinion to product testers, and get paid for it! what more could you ask for? I signed up via opinions paid online, did some qualifying surveys, and then a staff member may call you to book you in. an easy and hassle-free process.

I've been doing market research and product testing with Colmar Brunton/Your Source for many years. After recently moving to Melbourne, I was recruited for my first product test in the Melbourne office this week. The office is modern and really easy to find in the Chadstone Shopping Centre. Product testing is fun and the rewards for participants are always really generous. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Participating in the research is also a great way to help shape the products that companies make and get your opinions heard. Your Source is a really professional organisation and I can't wait for my next product test!
