Don't trust Youi!! My Contents policy is going up $700 per year to over $1,000 per year just because I moved 5 minutes down the road???! - price gouging! Apparently, there were lots of "events" happening in Georgetown recently, hence my massive increase. Really?? What events - good coffee and people??
Complaint escalation submitted via Youi management today. If not happy with their response, will escalate to the media accordingly. You are penalising the most vulnerable in our society. Not good enough, guys! Would give them zero stars if this page would let me...

Had my E-bike stolen. They wiggled out of it after I'd paid Home and content for years. Will never use again and now out $5000. Recommend someone else like Westpac or Allianz.

Make a claim and live with years of pain. 90% of claim due to damage caused by insurers actions. Avoid if possible.

Company to to put claim through feel sorry for the people get flooded they will try getting out of paying the claims

Bad service they don’t want to pay you when you have accident even when it’s not your fault though take months trying to prove

The only reason for home insurance is for peace of mind and we expect the youi to cover the damage according to it's policy. Our home was damaged badly by the storm in early this year. Now a month has gone past we are still waiting to hear from youi.

I Would highly not recommend to anyone if you are looking for security and peace of mind with your insurance providing company as you’ll be left unsatisfied when any situation arises.

I honestly cannot figure out who benefits with these guys. Several quotes and always expensive, often the most expensive. Most recently asked for my navara dual cab, driven once or twice a week only to take the dog to beach, low kms, kept in quiet street, yet still $300 more than racv. Isnt this the exact situation Youi is supposed to be built for? Anyway, wasted my time seeking a quote again. Wont make that mistake again.

Recently had dealings with these when I rang around to get insurance quotes! Found them quite helpful and very competitive
