Most other people wouldn't have bothered to provide all the proof i had to just in order to warn people about a business. I would like you to keep that in mind when you are deciding to use a business, it could be that womo has not allowed the bad reviews to be published.

Hi Rosetyler. I'm very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience with WOMO. Unfortunately there are instances where a business' competitor or a disgruntled employee decides to write false negative reviews for the business. So when a business believes that a review is not from a real customer of theirs, we do need to take extra precautions to ensure the experience was real. In this case, as you have provided evidence of being a customer, your review is now live on the site. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused but we do need to ensure that the reviews can be trusted. I hope you'll continue to use WOMO to review and find businesses. Yup,I've had issues too writing negative reviews,I think tho it's because it's a fine line between reviewing the company and making negative comments?anyway,I agree with ou completely,and I'm glad you stuck it out o report the said company!Flag as suspect or inappropriate
as you have stated below my review was proven to be legitimate. However the business owner keeps flagging my review as inappropriate. I have now had to contact WOMO 3 times in order to get my review re-instated. I cannot keep doing this every day. WOMO needs to change their website so that once a review has been investigated and proved to be genuine it cannot be flagged constantly by the business owner.Flag as suspect or inappropriate
There is a good reward program but it be good if there could be more rewards available to get for your points..
Lots of good special coupons what works and are at a good value..

Be assured that the WOMO team are clever to figure out the insincere reviews and/or those which are made by family members or the owners of the business themselves. Great way to find reviews of small businesses that normally don't have an online presence. Also a great way to earn rewards for recommending your favourite businesses!
