Why Weight Body Toning, Mudgeeraba

This is the best women's gym I have ever been to: no sweat, no heaving, just simple supported low impact high resistance training - perfect if you have a back injury, arthritis or fibre-myalgia type disorder. Kylie (owner and manager) has worked out a fabulous personal program for me so I can look my best for an upcoming family event. They offer everything from weightloss to fitness, toning to all spa and beauty treatments including body wraps and facials. I had no idea they were here in my local area. I now have more energy than I had only 3 weeks ago, have lost weight and inches. They will give you as much or as little support as you want or need to get up and get going, all the while mindful of your physical needs i.e., back pain. Can't recommend it highly enough.

In the early weeks of a 3 month membership so can't give comprehensive feedback yet but one thing that already stands out is the friendliness and professionalism of Kylie and her team. I am also not a gym person so this type of program and the toning machines suit me well.

Why Weight toning tables have changed my life.

I have arthritis in both hips and found exercise too painful. At night it was a struggle to find a comfortable position and I would wake in pain constantly.

My $2,000 new ultra plush mattress felt like I was lying on a plank!

Doing no exercise at all ballooned my weight by 10kg in a short time so when my sister showed me the brochure and suggested going with her to Why Weight, I decided to try it.

I actually signed up for a year after that first trial. I knew this was something that I could actually do and I really enjoyed it.

After about a week, I noticed the pain level had lowered considerably and I was motivated and keen to go 5 days a week

After three weeks, I was only taking pain medication at night and had lost 3 KG

I was feeling amazing as I was lying on the tables; there was no impact on my hips and it was getting easier and easier as my pain was diminishing.

It has now been 7 weeks since I started and I have lost an amazing 7.2 KG, am sleeping the whole night, my mattress actually feels great and I don’t need my pain medication at all!

I feel fit and toned and can’t believe my new body shape.

The weight loss has been a real bonus because the reason I went was to find an exercise that I could do comfortably.

I can’t praise Kylie and Steph enough. They make it such a pleasant experience and they are so lovely really treating you like a friend
