Friendly service that gives positive results and has many health benefits. I have back problems but with the toning tables I have so much more mobility and movement. Why Weight has only had a positive effect on my whole life!

Love it. I've been going to Why Weight for about 8 months I've lost over 32 inches (from all over the). I've a bad back so I am able to do all the exercises with the aid of the tables. I love going and miss it when I can't make it. I find it easy and the ladies I've met there are very friendly

Since attending why weight I feel healthier and am certainly more mobile this is wonderful as I suffer from MS when I first came to Why Weight is mostly shuffled around. I find the tables train my limbs in normal movement and the body contouring stimulates my nerves all this while helping to keep my weight in control. All the staff are very friendly and give me great encouragement.

I have been coming here for a few years and love it. As I am in my 70's my body definitely has a few aches and pains and I am not able to go to a normal gym, but the Toning Tables are great and assist me to keep my body working.
Everyone is so friendly both staff and clients, I have made heaps of new friends and would recommend to everyone.

In 2004 I had a hip operation and after my recovery I wanted to lose the weight I had put on from not doing much. I needed to find an exercise that would support my body and allow me to get fit and back into shape.
I saw a flyer about Why Weight Body Toning and a friend had recommended the them to me and although sceptical about the effectiveness of the Toning Tables I decided I had nothing to lose as they offered a complimentary 1st session.
I was really impressed with the Toning Tables as I could feel I was exercising but my body weight and joints were being supported, so there was no strain on my hip.
I love Why Weight Body Toning and enjoy starting my day exercising on the Toning Tables; it has become a way of life, and helps me to stay in shape. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, helpful and informative they are always on hand to offer assistance or motivation.
I would recommend Why Weight Body Toning to anyone who is looking to improve their quality of life or wanting to slim down.
