I mainly visit for an eye brow wax although has used other waxing services too. Having visited salons in Elsternwick (primary) and Balaclava, both are clean and have friendly staff (in salon and on the phone) with appointments that run on time. I am happy to be a return customer.

Lia is amazing. I came out with really natural looking eyebrows. I dont think she is at Elsternwick every day though (might be at Bentleigh store some days). They also have online booking which I love.

After having a bad experience I'm happy to say the owner went out of her way to fix the problem. I returned and was seen by Xanda (who also works in Balaclava). Wow, actually the best wax I've ever had. What a lovely person Xanda is. Made me feel completely comfortable. Her style and ability are incredible - I felt next to no pain, and I usually am in agony. I had no red lumps afterward and it usually takes a few days for everything to settle down but I was in no pain and the next day everything was perfectly fine. I left feeling amazing.

Waxed is a great place for all your waxing needs. The service team is friendly and fantastic and the service is fantastic. The team is quick and fun. Sometimes it is difficult to get a booking but most of the time it is fine. I have never had any complain against these guys and i think they are awesome!

My experience at waxed was fantastic. The girls are all lovely and are really quick and thorough! I have sensitive skin so waxing is never fun however the distraction if watching my fave sex and the city episode is a welcome distraction and often makes the experience quite relaxing!
