We hadn't heard of this restaurant so for a special treat for our wedding anniversary we booked last night. From the moment you enter the candles and ambience is warm and the lovely waitress was amazing, friendly and happy to look after us. The food was beautiful and felt like we got great service, great food and at a reasonable price. Thanks so much for making our night enjoyable. Sharon & Andrew

We went for a family breakfast a couple of weeks back. It was nice but not as good as what I was expecting. Some dishes were cold or luke warm instead of hot but I think they were running with one chef so we may go back again, though a bit pricey.

How wonderful to find that Watercress has now re-opened! This was our favourite local restaurant and we were really upset to find that it had been closed. But it has now re-opened, with the same fantastic owners serving high quality meals at a reasonable price.

A friend of mine decided to take me out for a meal. She suggested we try this place after driving past. We liked the look of the place, and it seemed like a good choice when we entered. The food was lovely and hot, very filling and the coffee was to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and the whole experience was worth every minute we waited for our meals. The cost was quite good, and the food was delicious! I plan on going there more often now that I have been. The staff were very friendly, and the service great. Parking was a breeze too. I highly recommend it to all and sundry if they are looking for a great start to their day.

To say this restaurant is outstanding is an understatement! Myself and 7 of my work collegues were looking for somewhere to have a breakfast early on a Friday morning. When I rang this restaurant to make a booking, the owner agreed to open earlier than normal to accommodate us. Within 5 minutes of our arrival, all of our meals were on the table, as were our drinks. Impressive, as amongst our orders were eggs benedict, omelettes, big breakfasts, and pancakes, and everyones meals were 10/10.

This place has a lovely atmosphere - it feels like your in a lovely, huge outdoor pergola!! Can not speak highly enough of this place. Can't wait to bring my husband for breakfast one Sunday morning.

We pre ordered our meals (a staff breakfast for nine) and arrived to find everything ready, organised and all prepared. Meals were brought to our table on time, hot and ready to eat :) We were all very happy - food was delicious and service excellent! We'll be back!

we have been here twice, the last being a couple of months ago which means i cannot recall precise details unfortunately, however i remember we thought the food was pretty good and service was very friendly and fairly efficient. ambience is ok. a bit stark and lacking in warmth. plan to go back again though, and maybe then can be more detailed

Slight mix up for numbers when Booked a table of 6 got a table of 2.. Managed to fix it but had a very rude/miserable waitress.. Once everyone arrived we ordered entre's which were beautiful however it was a shame about the waitress being so moody or whatever was wrong with her.. When it came to order we had a new waitress which lightened the mood for all of us.. Dinner was good. It wasnt as amazing as the menu sounded but was still a good meal. Dessert was the highlight of my night however the plate was a bit awkward to eat off.. Cocktails were lovely and coffee wasnt bad either.. Very well priced and wer were all amazed that the bill was soo cheap.. The other good thing is that you can claim frequent flyer points here too.. Overall for dinner it was a nice atmosphere and is a nice place for a catch up with friends.

I expected a reasonable amount after reading the other reviews. I am afraid I was quite disappointed. The best bit was the steak - the meat was very tender, juicy and pretty flavoursome. Although more salt was definitely needed. The rest was well below par. The breads were very poor (I tried all three types) - lacking in flavour, too doughy and just not very good. I can make better at home for sure. The service was average at best - the girls who served us did not communicate with each other and were just neutral with no real spark or enthuaiasm. Our table was sloped and it was too cold in places and hot in others. The wine was average. Overall, the price and service is not worth the quality you receive. I am pretty sure I won't go back.

the idea is you ADD salt if you need it. many people don't like very much salt. and too much salt (for your palate) absolutely runs the dish

I didn't even know this place was tucked away in here until my brother told me about it. We then went for lunch found that they offer good food and service. What I liked the most about it though was the atmosphere, it feels like a haven away from all the chaos. If you are looking for somewhere quiter than the Northlakes shopping centre, try here.

This gorgeous little restaurant tucked away in North Lakes serves up some of the best food I've had in years!! Every dish out of their kitchen has so much attention to detail, it's a party for your mouth! I had the caramelised onion bread for starters and then the best salmon I've ever tasted. My partner's steak was so tender, a steak knife was almost unnessary. 10/10 from us!!

Had a fabulous meal - social gathering of friends, relaxed friendly atmosphere. Lovely fresh flavours and topped off with a delightfully sinful dessert. Great service from our very attentive table hostess Steph. We will be going there again soon!
