Had the pleasure of meeting wally and the team for the first time and i was made to feel right at home. The service was incredible. Coffee and head massage just as good. I had alana and she did a great job on my hair and wally threaded my eyebrows which look clean. Good people and good feel. I'll be coming back!

We love Vuda, my 12 and 9 year old boys have their hair cut by Wally and they love it. Wally is a professional and takes really good care of both. My younger son has autism and Wally is fantastic at managing his anxiety and concerns. This is a real plus for us. And the 12 year old, well he feels pampered and always comes out looking great and feeling great. This means a lot as he is in that age group where he is learning to looking after himself and is not so eager to listening to us about what looks good!

I go to Vuda to get my eyebrows threaded by Wally and I will never go back to waxing ever again! Wally is fantastic and I have never been happier with my eyebrows. My boyfriend also goes there for his haircut and he recommends Wally to any guys looking for a clean fresh cut.

I agree with the reviewer how says they treat people differently. They seem to have lots of friends that drop in, which is great for them, but they forget you are a paying customer. Also, I feel ripped off seeing prices others have put up... Mine was $75. Great cut though. However I don't go often as it takes ages for them to cut.... Seems strand by strand at times. 1 hour is too long for me for a cut, even if great.

I love my hair cut. I had a radical change and couldn't be happier. Wally listened to what I wanted and used his expertise to give me a hair cut that looks and feels amazing. Coffee for those waiting for the outcome was a great touch. Everyone is friendly there, almost feels like family and I've only been a couple of times.

I went in for my regular eyebrow appointment with Wally, as always he was such a gentleman and very skilled! I also went in for my first haircut at Vuda with Rima. I had only got my hair cut last week at another salon, and was very unhappy with the cut (and the price). Rima listened to what I was unhappy about and also what I would actually like. She then worked her scissor magic, shaping the cut to suit the shape of my face as well as everything else I had said. I came out of Vuda with perfect hair and eyebrows! Thanks so much Rima and Wally! I couldnt be happier!

I have been here twice. The first time i did not judge them. When my husband and i went there, my husband was made to wait for more than an hour in-spite of us being on time. I just got a trim so there was nothing really to expect from that. They seem to be really nice to certain customers. This was the last time. Today i just got back from there. This girl she washes my hair and keeps me waiting for ten minutes with wet hair because the person to cut my hair was getting her hair done at that time. Unbelievable! Then this family drops in and they surrounded them to discuss the cut they wanted, so i was still waiting with my wet hair. After doing her hair and discussing, she came around to do my hair. There was not a single excuse or sorry for keeping me waiting. I told her what i wanted and i thought she got it. She started to cut my hair and in between she had to go change the music that was playing. She even offered to make coffee for some who dropped in and thankfully that person declined. Otherwise i would have waited another ten minutes with wet hair. After the cut she starts blow drying my hair without even asking if that is all i wanted. Seriously i could have gotten this layered hair cut for ten bucks elsewhere. I went there for something i wanted, they did not bother to find out and they certainly did not ask me if i was happy with it or not. When i asked more layers she replied saying this is it! I have previously asked for shorter hair or more layers in other parlours and they would oblige. What i could not seem to get through is her attitude. The person who cut my hair had an attitude that was difficult to deal with. Basically my complaint is that i was made to wait with wet hair for a long time because she was doing her own hair at that time. Then she does not communicate to ask about what i wanted and if i was happy with it or not. When i tried telling her she did not make an attempt to even know what i was saying.Then she would repeatedly leave in between the cut to go change the music that was playing. I found it very annoying. The staff in Vuda looks great but i think they should pay little more attention to what the customers want than anything else. Also the previous time i went the person who cut my hair was very receptive but not this time.

Always amazing service Wally has always got something to talk about and quick to give advice! these guys are very professional but still very laid back I would reccomend Vuda to anyone!!

I get my eyebrows done by Wally every 4 weeks, he is fantastic!!! I'd recommend him to anyone!!!
