The Vision Finance team are amazing! Nicole, Rachelle, Michael and David worked great as a team and helped me acheive my goals in property.

They were patient, professional, knowledgable and full of integrity. I was kept well informed of my options and choices, and they communicated any updates on a regular basis, they gave me updates before my solicitor and real estate agent did!

I was never left in the dark about anything. They were always there to help, and I probably asked every dumb property question you could think about, and changed my mind a fair few times to boot.

My mortgage process was so smooth, I can't believe how well everything went.

I had a fairly complex set of loans to refinance. Vision Finance took the hassle and stress out of selecting the best product to suit my needs, and assisted me through the whole refinancing process. They were professional and very thorough. I can't recommend them highly enough!

When a relative suggested we try Vision we were initially sceptical- as we’ve had some issues in the past with unscrupulous financial (and other) suppliers. Our current home loan provider did not want to refinance even though it would reduce our financial stress and make it more likely that we could continue to pay the mortgage. After several months of scraping together money to live, we decided to give Vision a go.

One of the first, and best, things that Vision did, as soon as they determined what we wanted, was to show us how they get paid. No hidden commissions everything known from day one. We ended up refinancing our home, paid off some debts and got some money for a second car. All this AND we were $400/month better off, this was enough to move us out of financial stress.

In hindsight, it’s a pity we didn’t see Vision immediately when suggested as that would have resulted in many less months of financial stress.

I highly recommend Vision, at NO point was there any pressure to take up their product, they let their products speak for themselves. It’s a pity all businesses don’t operate like this. I found Vision very honest, professional and pro-active and the entire refinancing process was stress free from start to finish. Thanks to all the team at Vision.

We approached a few brokers for a home loan and no success. We then were advised to look at Vision and had more than success. As they were helpful, punctual and successful in us getting a home loan that we didn't think that we would be able to as no banks would touch us from loosing so much money due to floods and people going bad on us. Without Vision, we would still be renting and paying someone elses mortgage. (I have been self employed for 28 years and would not ask anyone else expect for Vision Finance to help me with finance). Which without them and their colleguese, we would be stuffed. Thanks Vision!!!!
