I had two punctured tyres the other day—one is deflating enough while the other have screw on it. I first researched the reviews of each tyre shops around Hoppers Crossing & Werribee, and Tyrepower has the best reviews so I rang them. Initial contact by phone and on shop is very professional. Came back after around 30 minutes and they fixed both, but I was only charged with one tyre because the screw on the other tyre didn’t really went through the innerliner. They could easily charge me for both tyres and I wouldn’t even know, or mind. But I was impressed with their honesty. The guys there are just plain good blokes & professional. The cost was also cheaper than K-Mart Tyre, and I thought K-Mart was synonymous with cheap. Next tyre issue I’ll be coming back. Absolutely recommended.

I recently had my car serviced at Tyrepower Werribee. I was very impressed by their customer service and their attention to detail. They even picked up on a cabin filter that was missing and supplied a new one. I am very happy with the thoroughness of the work that they did and with the price as well. I will definitely take my car back to them.

Great price and some really amazing service by Andrew. Had some issues with other businesses and he was the first person that didn't lie to me and provided me with some great old fashion service with a smile. The wait was short and what was quoted actually ended up being under what i was quoted anywhere else. But most of all the quoted price was actually the final price.Thankyou and i will be back.

Very impressive service. Tyres I wanted were in transit from overseas and were expected to arrive in a week but Paul arranged them from other stores within 24 hours after knowing how bad my current tyres were. I am usually a fussy customer but Paul and his team didnt give me any reason to complain. That's the kind of service only professionals render. Very helpful and understanding not to mention the 4 for 3 deal on tyres. Very neat, tidy and spotless officr and waiting room.
Will be recommending them to everyone.

I've had problems with my Aurion pulling to one side and scrubbing front tyres out for quit a while and just put up with it,was told it was "normal" after a quick visit had to new tyres fitted and wheel alignment done car drives perfect! great price and top service will be back.

Excellent customer service from initial phone call through to fixing our flat tyre. Comfortable waiting room (I was 7 months pregnant at the time so it was important)!
