Heath is a committed and patient teacher. Even when I get discouraged Heath is calm and encouraging. With his help I have been able to significantly reduce the incidents of lower back injury in my life. An impressive thing about Heath is his commitment to tailoring programs to suit individuals and their goals and to continually developing his own skills.

unique combination of manual release and clinical pilates. great instructor, lovely space. the group is small enough to ensure close attention to individual detail, big enough to be affordable on a weekly basis.
