We Will Turn Up! ..... and..... we will be there at the agreed time. If we are delayed for whatever reason, we will ring you 30 minutes before we are due, to inform you or to organise another time that is suitable to you! If we fail to live up to this promise, we will take $50 off the final bill!!!!! Now that's putting your money where your mouth is....
