Horrible. Left feeling extremely depressed. Spoke with several other hairdressers who all said my hair wasnt done correctly and that they shouldnt of let me leave in that state. I wont be returning to touche. They have new lovely staff all the time however they seem to be unhappy working there and they soon leave. The owner doesnt want to deal with any problems if they occur and wrongly places the blame on the girls who work there. If they were allowed to do their job without interference, things would of turned out differently. I recommend going there but only if you specify to book an appointment when the owner is not present. Will miss the girls greatly.

I sent my mother inlaw here for a glamour up as had a very bad experience at a another salon. I was recommended this place by a friend. I have to say WOW this place is amazing. The staff were happy polite. My mother in law came out shining with excitment as to how it had all went. They made her special day even more special.
I would give this place more then 5 stars if i could!

My first visit to Touche was to utilise my 50% off introductory voucher for their beauty services. I had waxing & spray tan done.

The service was lovely. Not only did my therapist greet me, I had another girl make me a hot chocolate whist I waited and the owner gave me a quick wave and a smile. I wondered whether this might be to butter me up for future visits!

Well, I did return and the service has been the same ever since, friendly & nice. The owner always greets me by name.

Their wax is very good quality and I should know as I've been having a Brazilian done for over 8 years now and this wax is not harsh or irritable. Sometimes it can be a little hot but nothing to 'ouch' about. The spray tan is divine and if it weren't for the $35 price tag, I'd probably get it done more often. It's a great colour, not too orange or dark (ask for the light if fair) and it fades naturally. Tuscan Tan I believe it's called.

Happy to keep going back for my waxing and the odd tan.

If I didn't already have a wonderful hairdresser whom I love then I would probably give their salon a try also.

I found this place on womow. I also had a voucher for 50% off my first visit. It cost me about $100 for a cut, foils, waxed legs and Brazilian (with 50% off, so normally $200). I had previously been to 2 other hairdressers in Ballarat that I was not happy with (I am VERY fussy about my hairdresser). The girls at Touche were helpful without being pushy. I am one of those people who don't really know what I want, but have very vague ideas. The girls there listened and were able to convert my vague ideas into a hairstyle!. I haven't been this happy with a hairdresser in quite a few years. The waxing was great too, very professional, casual and not at all as intimidating as I was expecting.

The products are fantastic for health conscious women and men for both themselves but also for the stylists who are working on their hair - and it is ecologically working in the right direction - making a difference - wish all business would take a leaf out of their book - it doesn't matter how big or small you are - you can make a difference - you just have to want too! It certainly helps that the products are also vibrant and great and the salon is also welcoming and beautifully decorated and set out. My glass of wine or a 'real coffee' is a welcome addition to setting off the expereince - love it!

This is a very different hairdressing establishment - their major differentiator is that they use a minimum possible of harmful chemicals, so when you enter their salon you are not overpowered by nasty smells. The colouring is done using safe products, and they are of course excellent hair stylists. They provide a full range of services, and also stock organic shampoos, skin care and makeup etc.
