When we ran into issues with our tile roof and LG batteries, the team was highly responsive in dealing with these, including battery replacement. When we were looking for a solar installation on our new house, and advice regarding a hot water heat pump, we knew who to go to. TSS goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Their attention to detail, care with PV and battery installation, and follow up service is excellent. They are a pleasure to work with in all respects and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
