Here at Torquay Holistic Health, I promote ways to help the body heal itself by using natural therapies such as herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, homoeopathy and diet & lifestyle advice.

We look at ways to change ones lifestyle to help achieve good health & promote wellness.

The science of naturopathy focuses not only on relief of symptoms, but also looks at the underlying causes in order to restore complete wellness.  I offer a comprehensive consultation and understand that every individual is different and so customise treatments specifically to suit that individual.

Lynda is very thorough with her consultation time, and had a broad knowledge in the areas of concern that I presented with. I found her to be very professional in her manner with a keen interest to help. Her integrity towards her work as a naturopath allowed me to feel very confident and at ease, and through her help my heatlh has improved significantly. I have no hesitation in recommending Lynda if you are looking for an excellent naturopath.

I have been taking my son to see Lynda because of his eczema. She has provided great dietary advice as well as herbal medicines and creams that have really helped his skin. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

Totally loved this Naturopath. She was really kind, caring and empathetic not to mention really intelligent and seemed to know her stuff. I felt comfortable discussing personal health issues with her and was really pleased with the results of her treatment. Highly recommended! Better than other Naturopaths I have been to.
