The ladies on reception always welcome you with a smile. At certain times the place gets rather busy, leaving you with a 10 - 15 minute wait.
I have used most of the doctors there and they are all extremely, helpful, professional and caring.
The medical village is right near the Toowong train station, and in the Toowng Village shopping centre, so you can't park in undercover parking.
The doctors will bulk bill for eligible patients, and everytime I have rung of a morning to make an appointment, I have been able to get in on the same day.

The reception staff are always welcoming. They bulk bill health care card holders which has been very helpful to me. There are many doctors available and my doctor is a good listener and willing to help. There is a bit of a wait, even if you have an appointment because this place gets quite busy.
