I went there with my Dad for Lunch this afternoon to the Feast Buffet. I had the same thing to drink and my Dad had a Cappuccino to drink. I really enjoyed the Apple Crumble for dessert and he enjoyed the fruit salad for dessert as well. The staff were kind to us and the food was amazing.

I have visited the Village Green as both a dinner guest and a concert goer.

As a dinner guest, I ordered a chicken parmigiana free of ham. The venue were able to meet this request, however it was not the greatest I have had. I found that it did not taste fresh at all. Service in the dining area was fairly good, but not standout. Prices were the same as you would expect at any family bistro type place, but considering the low standard of food, I would not consider this to be good quality. To top it off, there is a playground that is quite noisy, and I found that the sound travelled to the dining area. I probably wouldn't eat here again.

As a concert goer, however, I actually quite enjoy the Village Green as a venue. The staff in this area are quite well organised, I have found tickets to be of a reasonable value for shows I have attended, and I have also seen some great bands and artists here. Concerts I have attended have been restricted to over 18's only, a fully licenced bar is available, and I have found many artists hang around after the show to sign autographs and take photos with fans. Staff are relaxed and friendly in this area, making for an enjoyable and laid back experience. I would definitely go to more concerts here, provided I was interested in seeing the artist or band playing.

Lot's of food on offer here, playground is great as it keeps the kids entertained. Just be cautious as some of the kids can be really rough. cost is about $20 per person and you need to pay for children over 3

I've been here a few times for family gatherings as they do have a pretty ace playground inside. Unfortunately, we couldnt let our little tacker really go as the patrons are a bit rough and their children were wild and disrespectful with a little tacker trying to play. There was also an instance of a child pulling out his business and peeing at the top of the play equipment which turned us off even further.
To top it off, the "food" is really bad. Poorly cooked and then left to sit for quite some time. There is no stand out meal. It's all pretty dreadful.
I wouldnt recommend this place at all and we started turning down family requests to attend as we just couldnt fathom paying to get in when we weren't game to eat the food.

Food is fine but service is terrible. The guy who works at the front on a Sunday night thinks he owns the place, he is rude and makes things difficult for you.
It is also hard to get a drink as there is no staff behind the bar and you need to flag one down.

Hmm, where to start??

"Food" is inedible. Its just such poor quality, its disgusting. Slosh really that I wouldn't feed to my dog. Again, quality is appalling. I don't understand how this place makes money... I'm still thankful that we didn't get food poisoning. Not many places where quality of food is worse than whats done up at Maccas. No qualified cooks could surely cook this garbage.

Stay away. Please. Save your money and find another place to eat.

The food in the all you can eat buffet looks like it has been there for quite a while. The food didn't look very appetizing, and didn't taste any better. One of the chocolate slices was alright, but I actually left an all you can eat restaurant feeling very hungry.

Have been here 2 times for lunch with my in-laws. It's 'smorgasboard' dining. I was disappointed in the lack of variety on offer - the 'smorgasboard' seemed to be dominated by asian/thai dishes, which is fine but I felt there should have been more variety. The food was very basic, roast beef, veggies, mini pizza, salads etc. Limited dessert selections. Wouldn't go there again, many better choices to choose from.

Love the salad bar and the dessert bar. The mango ice cream is something of a must! Sometimes they have new menus and the garlic bread is a nice appetizer. The cost is worthy and the environment is nice and comfortable.
