Another new property and more excellent service from Pete and Vanessa. Pete is prompt and thorough and is someone who believes in old fashioned service. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with absolutely everything. We had him out to do our pest control spraying and a thorough termite check, post purchase of our new house. He'll be back to take care of that in a few weeks but in the meantime we are completely pest free. His products are environmentally friendly and safe for animals and humans. Honestly can't be beat. We've been using Pete for about 10 years now and gave him his very first review on Word of Mouth and I honestly wouldn't consider anyone else for pest and termite control.

Pete is incredibly helpful and pleasant. After a quick inspection, he immediately knows what he is dealing with and promptly proceeds to providing a suitable treatment. I would highly recommend his service!

My wife and I recently purchased a home after relocating back from Victoria. We were offered a Building and Pest Inspection service from our Real Estate during the purchase process.

The Pest Inspection report cleared the home from having active termites but did locate old termite damage in the floorboards and advised the old termite barrier was no longer current. Based on the Pest Inspection results we proceeded with the purchase.

After settlement, we opted to have a termite barrier treatment on our new home. The Termite King were recommended to us, and we felt a level of comfort in Peter’s 30 years experience. Peter advised that he couldn’t install a termite barrier without completing his own termite inspection, explaining he needed to see the property for himself before he could install a termite barrier that he could comfortably provide a warranty for.

On the day, Peter used his thermal, radar and moisture machine during his inspection and imagine my horror when his machine went crazy over my floorboards! Peter urgently needed to inspect the subfloor. My heart levels increased when I showed him the location of the subfloor access traps – to find they had not been opened and were sealed. It was immediately obvious the previous Pest Inspector had not accessed the subfloor of my home. When Peter accessed the sub floor there was a significant amount of termite activity in the subfloor area including in the area that had been cleared as old damage.

Peter’s meticulous inspection ensured that he identified the active termites and treated them accordingly. I had read The Termite King’s reviews and was sceptical that they could all be so good, but here I am writing another. When The Termite King state “when only the best will do and quality matters” believe it, that is exactly how they operate their business. I now have termite prevention on my home that I am comfortable is superior in quality and I look forward to dealing with The Termite King for all of my Pest Control needs in the future.
