A heritage building that is turned into a contemporary 5-star hotel located along Collins Street. The hotel reception is not grand compare to most 5-star hotels. In fact, it's quite hidden, almost unnoticeable. The deluxe king room is only 32sq.m. but beautifully decorated. Great service, but it being advertised as a 5-star hotel, I would expect the same level of service.

Stayed here March this year for business trip. Really comfy king size bed and pillows and was sensationally clean. There is no area for parking your car yourself, you need to use the valet service which is very overpriced.

We stayed here on our wedding night. They took great care of us and didn't stare as we walked in in our wedding clothes! They bought up our car in the morning, were very polite and courteous. We had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. It was fabulous.
