Exclusive venue. Party was well taken care of & parents could sit nearby able to watch the kids have fun in the disco on the tv and great coffee 😊

The staff were very friendly and interactive with the kids keeping them entertained the whole time. I just would have liked more time in the disco room.

The kids are given little direction on arrival, paying for a venue I thought that I would not be required to entertain the kids but had to. The girls did a great job with what they are given, you need more staff with groups over 15. Thankfully I had an extra girl to do makeup otherwise the kids would have had nothing to do but stand around and wait

Overall a great venue but for $500.00 would of expected a lot better service short staffed and quality of food average not much time in disco room as service to slow.

Caitlyn had a fantastic 12th birthday party. All her friends had a great time. Our party hosts were very friendly and helpful. Loved all the photos on the USB stick fab idea

Rhiannan had the most amazing 6th birthday party with all her friends.the red carpet was fantastic,love all the photos we received on the USB stick.memories for the rest of her life.A very huge thanks to Becky and our brilliant host Hayley.the only thing I could think that could be improved is a tv in the parents room so the can see in the disco room apart from that totally recommend thanks again

WE FOUND THE LADYS MORE THAN HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING WE NEEDED ON THE DAY AND UP TO THE DAY OF THE PARTY. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY :SOME OF THE PHOTOS THEY TOOK WERE ABIT OUT OF FOCUS.BIT OF A SHAME.

Although it is a bit pricy it is worth the money as the host/owner was fantastic and the setup is awesome for the kids they loved all of the party and it also great that parents can stay aswell. Thank you so much Becky for making it a wonderful and memorable birthday for Anabela

All of the kids had am amazing time at The Party Factory for my daughters 10th birthday. Such a safe, secure and entertaining environment for them to sing, dance, laugh and just be kids! Special thanks to Becky and Taylor for all of their help. Would definately recommend :)
