The Furniture Spot, Bunbury

I have purchased a number of products from Furniture spot including; buffet, TV cabinet and dining table and chairs. The quality of the products is basically what you pay for. The prices are reasonably cheap and therefore the quality is also the same. I have found the service here to be poor. We had ordered a product and when we went in to pick it up at 3.30pm - we were not served for an hour. So when we were finally served at 4.30pm we were told that we could not pick the item up as there were no pickups after 4pm. I was not very happy as we were in the store on time but just couldnt get service. I demanded to speak to the manager who overruled the rude comments made from one of the admin girls who refused us pick up. The girl also used a swear word and I found them to be very unprofessional. I will not be making any future purchases from this store.

Have had a couple of things from hear, mattress, couple of bed frames. Haven’t had any problem with any of our stuff, only problem we had was with the delivery of one of the beds told us 6 weeks was probably about 12 in the end.

Bought a Corner recliner for Christmas 08 the recliner failed in October 09 still waiting on repair Feb 2010 they say they will contact you but never do so i contact them then they just spin B/S The sales staff will just about do anything to get a sale they are very helpful at the time but the after sale service is non existent

NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS LOT

We bought a couch for christmas it was delivered on the 24th december as promised.But we found that the double recliner was broken.After several phonecalls it was to be replaced in febuary,you might think this is good.In febuary after unpacking new lounge we found that one also had a broken recliner on the opposite side of lounge.after several more calls,a new piece was to be delivered in march.When courier arrived we found the new piece was actually a old piece with pen marks food stains ect .ps we have photos as proof.Now we are here in april still waiting for a working NEW recliner lounge to be delivered.BUYERS BEWARE THEY ARE CHEAP BUT IS IT REALLY WORTH THE HASSLE from now on i will pay that little bit more for good customer service.

this is a furniture warehouse full of a huge range of sofas, dining suites, beds, chest of draws, book cases, home offices, wall units, tv cabinets, and many assorted tables. you can layby for three months and they have veryy affordable prices.

went to the store everyone was very helpful did every thing they could to get us what we needed .lisa thankyou the products we brought where delivered on time amd no damage very very happy.

Ordered 3 cupboards. Told would take 1-2 weeks to get in stock. 3 weeks later they called to advise they were now in stock. Went to pick them up and whilst paying was told that they had been in for a couple of weeks. Whilst loading 1 cupboard onto the trailor noticed that the cardboard and been ripped on one of the corners. When asked what had happened the guys on the back doc said that it had been dropped. They replaced the damaged cupboard (no offer of discount) and took another 8 weeks to do it. When unwrapped the cupboard at home the quality was not as good as the other 2.
