Excellent for waxing but my brow tattoos are a disaster. In an attempt to change or lighten colour of tatto brows over worked my brows. Unsuccessful on next appointment suggestedchange colour with a nude. Over worked again. Tattoo nude or white well beyond original tattoo or brows. Left studio bleeding profusely which continued two days. Doctor diagnosed infection. Bleeding subsided after antibiotics. Waited over 4 months to heal. I am now left with multi coloured brows surrounded with white messy tattoo colour. Laser cannot remove white ink tattoo colour. Have spent 6 months searching for a solution to remove excess white colour and nothing. I am devastated. In addition to loosing money, infection I now have multicolour brows and white ink beyond them that no-one can fix. Cosmetic tattoo Industry needs to be regulated.
Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear about this situation. If I may please remind you of our conversation before, during and after your visits with us that we were correcting someone elses mistake. At your first visit I corrected the wrong shape for you to a shape that you were very happy with, but unfortunately the colour of your original tattoo (not ours) was still more visible than our natural product. When you came back to show me I advised you to leave it and give it more time to heal as the original harsh colour needed to fade, to which you were quite upset with as your preferred the shape I had done for you and wanted to continue with that. After much discussion about all the possibilities, concerns and complications we agreed to go over it all with a nude colour to tone down the original dark colour (which again was not ours, and this was at no charge to you). On leaving our premise I advised you not to touch, play with or put any product on your eyebrows apart from the one I gave you, which you also signed on your consent form agreeing to follow those instructions. A few days later you came back into our salon and explained to us that your brows had not stopped bleeding and also that you had rubbed in a product that you had at home which in return gave you an infection. You advised us that you were aware that this was not our fault and you didnt blame us to which we agreed with and thanked you for. We have spent a lot of money on our training and are not some backyard company, we do take a lot of pride in our work. I do thank you for your feedback as it has made me more cautious about taking on other peoples mistakes and to go with my gut about not doing extra work no matter how much my client, like yourself, is wanting me to, even when I do it out of love and for free.
The girls at eyebrow studio are really great. So good that I visit whenever I'm home from Sydney because I can't find anywhere there that gets eyebrow shape perfect every time. Highly recommend!

My daughter lived in Sydney for quite a few years but always came "home" and had hair and eyebrows done. I now still do her underwear shopping as she lives in budapest hungary.
I've had my brows done by both Amanda and Justine for around 6 months now. They're fantastic. It was a real struggle to find anyone in Adelaide that could actually shape my eyebrows without taking too much off! The girls at the eyebrow studio are honest and help you to achieve a shape that suits your face.
The only downside is that because they're so good, they're hard to get in to see.

When my teenage daughter came home from school the other day and said "Mum, everyone at school is talking about the Eyebrow Studio", I smiled to myself and thought, thank goodness we found The Eyebrow Studio more than 3 years ago! I have visited some of the most well known beauty spots in Adelaide and this is by far the BEST. If you want perfect eyebrows, then visit Justine & Amanda, they know what they are doing.

I can't not be happier with my eyebrows. Both Amanda and Justine are very professional and do an outstanding job. I can not be happier with the job they do. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable when at the salon. I recommend every one to go to the eyebrow studio as you will not be disappointed!

I've been going to the Eyebrow studio for years, Justine has saved my eyebrows and they look fantastic now. The team there are professional, hardworking, and friendly. They will do their best to accommodate you and your personal grooming requirements even at the last minute. I cannot recommend them highly enough to everyone.
