Because i have seen the comments from people here on your page here which are very nice comments too , so i would recommend you to anyone or my friends to.
My sister had three days until her wedding and the dress she ordered from a designer did not fit. Complete Bridal fitted my sister and arranged alterations so she had her dress for the wedding. My sister looked like a princess and felt so special. Thank you to the lovely lady who looked after my sister so her day wasn't ruined and she looked beautiful.

I purchased my bridesmaid dress from this store in March and was told it would arrive in May. Went back and was told it would arrive in June. Called them in June and was told that they had a dress of that code but in the wrong size. Was told to visit the store, did so and was told the business had been sold and to contact the previous owner about my dress. They were not helpful at all. The number they gave me is wrong & it looks like I won't get my money back or the dress. It's 4 months til my wedding and I don't need this type of service. I'm not sure who's at fault but it was my understanding that when you purchase a bridal business you take on the previous orders???

Took my case to DOCEP and after a month, the store 'FOUND' my dress out the back. No reason was given nor an apology for the stress. I am very disappointed with the staff and quality of service. I would not recommend this business to any new brides.
It's always sad to hear such bad experiences. I know that weddings are big deals, but that doesn't excuse people from giving bad service and ripping you off. I hope your wedding went well :)
