Telecube has to be one of the best providers we have used to date. Their willingness to assist at any hour of the day and their competitive pricing placed them at the top of our list when searching for a reliable 1300 provider.

These guys are brilliant! In the past have had bad experiences with other 1300 companies, such as being overcharged, hidden fees, terrible customer service.

Since being with Telecube my business has been better than ever, enjoying the simplicity of an automated prepaid service providing quality features like real time updates, easy account add-ons, friendly & honest customer service, and most important -low rates.

Had an accidental over-payment recently when topping up account (my error), Telecube's prompt customer service had it sorted out and refunded that day :)

Being born in the 50’s I’m squarely placed in the technology avoidant group. This has seen a few past technology glitches result in highly stressful moments. It can be readily understood why a consultant might find this embarrassing – once frustratingly asked, “can we speak with someone who understands technology?”

Thus I offered to write a testimonial of the high degree of support - devoid of irritation or annoyance I received from John as he patiently assisted me to navigate the Telecube site to secure my 1300 number. If this is an indication of their service provider commitment, I’m with the right provider. Thank you John!

Setup of 1300 number for phone service was quick and easy, communication has been fabulous and the costing is very competitive. I will certainly consider Telecube for any other services that I may require in the future.

I looked at several companies for 1300/1800 numbers and found that Telecube was the most competitive by a long shot. After instantly creating my account with their online system I had my 1300 number setup within minutes (including voice mail activation) as their process was extremely easy to follow.



Before I bought into the service I emailed back a forth several times to find I was getting replies almost instantly.



I am very impressed with the overall service I have received so far. Well done Telecube!

Very happy. This is my first 1300 number and did my research on the products available. For my use, this was the best available price and back office control I could find. After speaking with the director and being reassured about the quality of their business, I signed up.

I have been happy thus far and since added another 1300 service with them.

Telecube have taken on our existing 1800 number, which they have set up with backup voicemail. The service has been fantastic, well and above what I have experienced with previous providers, and at a fraction of the cost. Their many years of experience in the industry is obvious, as is their belief in great customer service and customer satisfaction. I find the pre paid option very refreshing, and the reports they offer on usage are quite detailed. I couldn't recommend Telecube highly enough to anyone looking at porting an existing number, or setting up for the first time.

I found Telecube when looking for a 1300 provider in Feb 2010. The prices offered were significantly less than any of the other companies I had found. I contacted the company and discussed my phone needs which they were easily able to accommodate. I signed up and have never looked back. Not only is the price excellent, the service has been fantastic. I have emailed and called them for advice on several occassions to ask about other aspects of our business's phone needs. They have also been really responsive and provided information that I could easily understand. We are now in the process of setting up an IP phone system that will use their virtual PBX services. They have been exellent in providing information, options and suggestions about how to go about this.

I have also found that the web based user interface is really easy to use. We need our 1300 number to answered at different locations based on the time of day. This can be set up easily, and changed at any time. Other companies charge extra for these types of services but with Telecube it is free.

I highly recommend these guys.

We moved our business's 1300 number over from another provider to Telecube and have been very happy with the service and the system. Telecube's rates are much cheaper than we were previously paying, plus we can change the answering location instantly online, without incurring any fees. We also can specify call overflow, so if the primary answering location doesn't pickup after a user defined number of seconds, then the call will be diverted to another number. It can even be diverted to a 3rd number too, although we haven't used this.

The other thing I like is that we can either have the caller id of the customer showing up on our phone, or we can manually set a caller id for each 1300 number. Manually setting the number works well for us as we have several 1300 numbers being answered in the one location, so we can see which number the customer dialled.

I believe that telecube also offer basic PABX services, but I haven't used these at all.
