I had a private job done here just recently on a volkswagon golf. My quote was for a major dent in the panel where the wheel is, as well as the door, which I had scraped pretty badly in a carpark. I had gotten several other quotes and Tasman Checkpoint had the most competitive, so I decided to go with them.

I was pretty happy I did because it came out looking just the same as before, and only took 3 business days to get it done (despite initially being told 12 days, but received a call shortly after having taken it in). I didn't get a temporary car to use in the meantime because I live within walking distance and therefore didn't ask, so I can't comment whether this is available or not.

Also my car got a much needed clean inside and out, which was a bonus!

Referred to me by RACV. Being female was impressed that they didn't treat me like I was stupid, but rather professionally and honest. They told honestly how long the job would take and the best time to book it for the least amount of time in the workshop. I hate going to these sorts of places, but was pleasantly surprised by this experience. Not to forget they also did a good job on my repairs.

An AAMI approved repairer, these guys were selected to repair my new car after vandalism damage. Parts from Japan were estimated at some six weeks to arrive, and even though it was Mitsubishi's slack inventory system that let me down, these guys offered to lend me a car for the time it took Mitsubishi to organise to get the parts here. Communication has been good, and my initial fears of corner-cutting by AAMI repairers have been totally reversed.
