Knowing I had a problem on the computer already, Tony had discovered that there was a much bigger issue with the computer. After a couple of set backs, with the internet not working, he was able to work around the issue and eventually solve the issues with the computer. Not knowing a lot about computers myself, I could tell that Tony knew what he was doing, and was not going to leave until the problem was fixed!!
