Wonderful cafe, with adorable giftware. The place has wonderful teacups, mugs, and teapots as well as tea paraphanalia,

The seating is lovely - you have to share the benches with other customers, but somehow the space ends up feeling intimate and lovely, anyway!

This is an amazing tea bar, I get everything exotic from here. I'm on a diet but I can still caffeine with the best of them!

Well I'm going to state the obvious, this place is definitely for tea drinkers. There's such a vast selection that any taste is catered for. The sitting area isn't the best, but the surroundings of merchandise etc. keeps you distracted from that fact. It's a little overpriced, but definitely worth going for a treat.

A cute little lunch spot where you can relax and unwind for the half hour you might have up your sleeve from work. I was introduced to my first ever chai tea leaf soy latte here and everytime I visit it is tradition that I have one, even though I don't have to have soy milk. Tastes so good with the honey and cinnamon on top.

Approximate cost: $13.00

A really nice place to have coffee or breakfast. My soy flat white was good and my porridge was awesome and a generous serve. Hubby was disappointed that he couldn't get bacon with his scrambled eggs, but the place had a really nice atmosphere and good service. A vegan option would have been appreciated.

Approximate cost: $10

The tea bar makes the best cakes! Because they are a chain, you'd expect them to have a bit of a mass-produced feel but they don't - sweet and light and amazing!

When you've finished your market shopping, the T-bar is the perfect place to read the paper and drink a relaxing cup of one of their speciality teas, have a cake or a friand, and unwind before you schlep all of your purchases home!

Also, if you're looking for a gift, their teapots and mugs are beautiful!

I have been coming here for years and just love it. I love the shared table set up as you can easily make friends with the person sitting next to you. Their porridge with honey and cream is fantastic as well as their scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and basil pesto. Try the white tea as well. You can also purchase all different types of tea and cool mugs & teapots.

I've been coming here for years now for breakfast and for a lazy cup of coffee. The staff are always lovely, they are child friendly and it's easy to make friends there! After waiting for almost an hour for my nortoriously late friend, I started chatting to some lovely men who were in the old Birdwood car race, only to realize I had been sitting next to the lovely and very down to earth Eric Banna! Try their porridge with cinnamon and honey

Excellent! A lovely little shop to sit and have a coffee and cake and read the paper, or to buy high-quality teas and presents. Friendly and knowledgable service, especially from the manager.
