I have been looking to have my breasts enlarged for the past 5 years and have done extensive research into absolutely every surgeon in Australia and also a few in America and Thailand.
After leaving my employer on April 1st, 2012; I made a drastic decision to get my breasts enlarged before starting my new role on April 30th, 2012.
I am an extremely anal, fussy and nervous person. I expect things to be PERFECT. I believe my high expectations can sometimes be very unrealistic.
I had seen 3 surgeons before meeting Dr. Robert Drielsma on the 13th April. I felt confident in Dr. Robert Drielsma instantly, he made me feel extremely comfortable and I booked to have my procedure done with Dr. Robert Drielsma on April 17th, 2012 (a short 4 days later).
I am very happy with my decision in choosing Dr. Robert Drielsma to perform my Breast Augmentation surgery. I am so thrilled with the results and I could not be happier. I am considering a few other surgeries and would never EVER consider or go to another surgeon. Dr. Robert Drielsma is straight to the point, absolutely trustworthy; he only achieves the absolute best and 5 star results! His staff were so friendly; they always went out of their way to help me through each and every step of my journey.
The results are extremely natural; no one has been able to tell I have had my breasts enlarged unless I tell them. Even without a bra on they still look so natural and all my family and friends LOVE them and have all rated them a 10/10 :). This has also encouraged a few of my friends to consider having their breasts enlarged with Dr. Robert Drielsma and my male friends are referring Dr. Robert Drielsma to their girlfriends because they think the results are incredible. I went for 440CC silicone gel teardrop implants. I was a very flat 10A and am now measuring, at 4 weeks post op, a 10DD/E. The operation went very well, even the results straight after were incredible and the recovery was bearable.
I was extremely nervous and in two minds about having the procedure done. I can safely say now if I could do it all over again, I would and I wouldn't change anything! I am so happy to have chosen Dr. Robert Drielsma and am so thrilled to have him achieve all my other surgery goals in the future.

I had a liposuction previously on my inner thighs and needed a thigh lift to address the loose skin. The cosmetic surgeon referred me to Dr Drielsma who was then operating in Double Bay. Dr Drielsma was very professional, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. However, just be aware that the recovery time isn't always certain - I was told approx 3 weeks, but it took 4 weeks for me to be able to go back to work. I had to return to the surgery for a few follow ups in order to check on the stitching (a few superficial stitches did end up coming out of the wound sites and were removed by Dr Drielsma or a nurse on those occasions). Overall, although the whole surgery took a lot more out of me than liposuction, I have been very happy with the result and the service. There has been slight loosening of the skin more than 1 year post-op and I've been told I can have a second thigh lift but I'm pleased with the improvement as it is. I had constant contact with the surgery during the whole process (operation and followup appointments). In particular, Dr Drielsma's secretary, Nicole, is fantastic and was very compassionate and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Overall, if anyone is considering a thigh lift, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Drielsma for this service.

In the last 37 years I have had 4 nose operations to correct my sinus problems. In one procedure I needed to have cartilage removed from each of my ears to support my nose. As I was still having constant sinus problems with added complications as vertigo, constant headaches where I needed to take antibiotics regularly. As well, I have been very unhappy with the shape of my nose as it developed through the years.

One of my daughters decided to have her nose straightened and she had her operation done by Dr Drielsma and it was a great success. Even thought I never contemplated in seeking medical advice to having something done again I decided to get advice from Dr Drielsma. Dr Drielsma was willing to have a go at reconstructing my nose again. Dr Drielsma was very clear to point out that he can't guarantee very good results but he believed that he could improve my problems.

It has been 3 months since my operation and I am extremely pleased with the results, my vertigo is gone, my breathing passage is wonderfully clear I have not experiences any form of sinus plus my sense of smell has improved immensely, I didn't even know that I have a problem in smelling. I'm pleased with the shape of my nose being realistic that after 4 operations I can't ask for miracles but I'm pleased.

Yes, I'm extremely happy with my outcome, I'm sorry that I haven't found Dr Drielsma years ago.

Dr Drielsma and his team provided me with professional care, advice and service. I recently underwent Breast Augmentation after years of waiting for the "right" team to present itself. I was lucky enough to have had a friend undergo the same procedure with Dr Drielsma two years ago. She was so thrilled with the results, the service and care of his team, I finally felt confident to go in for a consultation for myself. After meeting the team I immediately decided to undergo the long wished for surgery. I am also very happy with the results, the consultation before and importantly the post operative care and follow up after surgery. Dr Drielsma surrounds himself with an excellent team both within the consulting rooms and at the hospital - though he is no longer performing surgery at the hospital I attended. Dr Drielsma and his staff are professional, caring and informative. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering breast augmentation.
