This would ahve to be the worst applicance repair comapny to deal with. Once they receive your payment in advance, they don;t really care if they make the repair or not. They are a joke and rely upon a call centre in the Phillipines to field their calls.
Absolute rubbish service.

We had new stove and cooktop replaced. The installer did a great job and took away old appliances and cleaned area when finished.

Needed a part for my oven that died on Christmas morning. the were one of the few places open between Christmas and New Year that had spares in stock. Very friendly and prompt service and they were considerably cheaper than any others including on-line sites.

My grandmother's oven had been playing up so i searched the net for the top stove repair businesses. I called up stove doctor and managed to get a booking the following day. My grandmother, speaking very little English, still managed to say that the service was great. Their technician Avi explained to them what he had fixed and was very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend Stove Doctor to others for their ease of service and quality work by their friendly technicians.

Fantastic service all round Stove Doctor and their technician Avi. They we're fast and efficient, came when was convenient for me. They were highly professional, and friendly. Very skilled technicians that knew exactly what they we're doing. Their technician Avi also cleaned up everything once he was finished and explained what had been repaired. Ten star service.
