Step Into Life is great especially if you don't have the self-discipline to get yourself to a gym regularly. The trainer (Monica) really partners with you to make sure you are held accountable to your own goals, and to not lose sight of why you are there in the first place.

The sessions are always challenging but Monica is great at adjusting the activity to suit people who are at different fitness level or if they have injuries. The sessions are always very enjoyable too because you do bond with the other people who attends the session too.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review and glad that you enjoy the sessions. These reviews make getting up of early mornings and training you all, worth it. I do enjoy training you all, for all of your various goals. Whether it be weight loss that last stubborn 5kg. Want to complete 1km without stopping, to attending a fun run event at least once in their life, to maintaining fitness level. What ever the goal is, we can help. Went to a normal gym for ages but was getting bored and so tried this instead. Really enjoy working outdoor instead of inside and also We always do something different every time. Monica is a very caring trainer she knows my limits and will make sure I work a little harder. Also understands my injuries and give me alternatives if need be. Other members are really friendly too, so I enjoy making friends as well as doing a workout!

I joined SIL two years ago and LOVE it. Prior to this I had been to gyms and circuit sessions but never lasted more than six months and never saw much improvement in myself. Since joining SIL my strength and fitness levels have improved so much. I'm very happy with the results.
What I love about SIL is that it's fun. You're with other people, we have a chat, a laugh and if someone's not at their session they're missed. We range in age from 20 somethings to 60 somethings and we are all at different levels of fitness so no matter where you are in that range you fit in and that's what I like so much about this group.
Our trainer, Monica, is fun and supportive, she gives us a push when we need it and is always encouraging us to better ourselves.
Sessions are never boring as no two sessions are ever the same plus it's great being outdoors. We do, however, have a club house for rainy days.
I encourage anyone reading this review to come along and give it a try. You won't regret it.

Thanks J, I really appreciate this lovely review. You were a pleasure to have in the sessions and it was never dull when you were there. I hope you have a lovely time in your new place and we will all miss you. We will come and visit you soon, I'm sure of it. You have surely improved, technique, strength and your mindset and capabilities have changed. You are a little trooper. I wish you well in your new chapter of your life. Rest and relaxation!! Not too much you can use the things that you learned in the sessions to go out there and start up your own little group together. Thanks Ann-Marie, it is a pleasure to have you in our sessions. You are friendly and support others. I know it is challenging at times for you due to your injury. You are dedicated to getting back on track and you will. It does take time. Doing the lower impact exercises and more upper body and core strengthening will help you feel like you are still training and achieving in other areas of your fitness. You are dedicated, which I admire, you haven't given up on yourself. Cheers :-)

Step Into Life is a great way to keep fit and motivated, I can't recommend it enough! Much better than going to a sweaty and crowded gym. We have a wonderful trainer who tailors sessions to our needs whilst keeping exercise fun.

A great program with a trainer that is able to individualise each exercise for every level of fitness. It is wonderful to be outdoors and not in a stuffy, noisy gym.

Thanks for the lovely compliment.
I love the fact that we are in a park on grass that is well looked after and listening to birds chirping, the rustle of the trees and getting back to nature really helps with stress, anxiety and depression. This is great for people indoors all day at a desk or in a car. Being exposed to the greenery and nature helps us to breathe and relax and get back to basics and grounding. Cheers :-)

Monica is a great and friendly trainer.She has really helped me a lot to improve my fitness level.Also she really gives you that little push that you need to go the next level.After joining SIL, i always do watch what i eat,made me more conscious about my health and diet.I love to go there every wednesday and friday morning.

Love my morning outdoor training sessions. Monica always makes sure that our sessions are never boring but, challenging. So glad we train outdoors and not in a stuffy room. I would never go back to train in a indoor gym environment!!
