While the prices and range of products are much as one would expect, they sell mowers and other machines like chainsaws and brush cutters. In the past I have found the service is good. In particular one man was always patient, careful to explain everything and never pressures me to buy something expensive when something else will do. He has helped with a problem the rival business didn't provide me without talking to me like I am a fool. However another man there is abrupt and know it all in manner which puts me off in the same way as with the rival business.

Unfortunately a recent experience has been unsatisfactory. I put in a machine to be fixed. While I appreciate this is a busy time of year leading up to Christmas and I was not too surprised when it was not ready by the end of the week as I had been told, I really think I should not have had to telephone after two weeks of waiting when the assessment was that the thing is unable to be repaired.

Why take the client's phone number? Service involves communicating with clients promptly.

I really needed to know when they knew. I was counting on being able to complete pre fire season work and in the absence of this machine I have had to wait. Knowing sooner I could've bought another (probably from them where I have bought a chainsaw and a brush cutter.). This business has fixed my old mower satisfactorily, i.e. on time and I haven't had to take it back but now I feel let down because of their poor communication.
