After years of not getting anywhere with my back problems I have found a skilled practitioner who listens to what I am saying and who provides me with information about what he is doing and why. Not only has my back improved but I have a better understanding about what I am doing that impacts on my back and how I can change it.

I am phobic about getting my neck cracked and Amanda was creative in finding ways to relieve pressure on my upper neck and back whilst keeping me calm. I was referred to Spring Osteo by a friend who had been here before. As a big believer in physio, I was apprehensive about going to an osteo. I was in a lot of pain so decided I'd go in with an open mind and give it a try. I was able to get an appointment with Sam the very same day and was astounded by the results! The following day, I received a phone call from Sam asking how I was feeling. I am definitely now a big believer in Osteopathy and will never see a physiotherapist or chiropractor again. Very highly recommended!
