The dentist and the dental hygienist are professional, friendly, thorough, trustworthy and kind. They explain everything about your dental health, offer treatment options and show how best to look after your teeth. Everything is explained patiently and without rush. Understanding what is being done and why is reassuring, calming and builds confidence. This is quality dental care and service - highly recommended.

I am a relative newcomer to the South St. Dental Clinic, I have always had a fear of dentists, so it was with dread that I made the visit, only to be surprised at the care shown, by being asked if I was OK while being treated. The next time I visited I was not as anxious but as soon as I saw the chair, I almost ran, but knowing the care shown by the professional brothers, I succumbed & was gratified. I've been a patient at South St. Dental for several years. Like many people I've a dread of dentists, but Mario makes you feel relaxed and less anxious. He explains in simple language what the state of your teeth are and what needs to be done, including the various options, advantages/disadvantages of each. During the procedure he constantly reviews how you are and to let him know if your experiencing any discomfort. On one occasion I had to have a molar extracted and had heard about problems other people had experienced with molar extractions and felt vey nervous. Mario explained how he was going to proceed and was very pleased that it was most successful and painless.
After care is very good and told me to ring if I experienced any problems.
