I had carpet and window cleaning done. It was excellent work and I am very happy with the result, my house and furniture were treated respectfully and he even took the time to lower a blind that was stuck on a very high windows. Left everything spotless. Would recommend to anyone.

I had window cleaning and lounge cleaning. Both were pretty grotty due to two small boys and Mitch gave a great service and took time and care. Not just fly in and fly out like some of the cheap and chearful mobs around. Was at it for ages and perfect result.

At the suggestion of a friend I used the reviews on WOMO for the first time to help me choose a carpet cleaning service and am glad I did. As per other reviews, Mitch was on time, cleaned the dirt and old carpets I have in my old house thoroughly over a couple of hours. He moved furniture to get behind couches etc. The carpets are much cleaner than I anticipated, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to to my friends and family. He has obviously been cleaning carpets for some years and knows his business.

I called this guy on a Thursday as I had a new bed being delivered on the following Monday. Mitch committed to 8AM on the Saturday and arrived bang on time. He quoted me for 3 bedrooms, stairs and a study. I forgot to mention I had a landing area where there stairs are and the additional cost was way below what I expected. Mitch will quote you for what the job is worth with no "hidden" costs once he arrives (this has been my previous experience). He is not a $49 for 3 rooms kind of guy and I'm glad I did not go down that route because I can tell the difference between what they do and what Mitch did. I thought I'd keep it local and go with an owner/manager rather than a franchise and I am glad I did. He knows his stuff, is up front and punctual. That's what I wanted and that's what I got. I probably paid a bit extra than what I could have but was prepared to pay a premium for peace of mind. The carpets came up great, stains were removed and Mitch even vaccums before he cleans. Good for me as I have a dog and my vacuum never gets all of his hair.

Mitch was professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time and claned our carpets beautifully.( He also managed to remove a significant stain from one of our bedrooms.) Thank you for the great customer service-we will get you back soon to clean our windows!

This is the 2nd time that i have had Mitch do my carpets and i would never get anyone else. Time and care is spent actually moving furniture to do underneath those places that i haven't gotten to. I have a dog with dark fur so my carpet is not only muddy but fur laden. Each time my carpets are done, they look like new again. Only problem is keeping them this way myself till the next clean!

I booked with South East Carpet cleaning as it was affordable. I wanted to clean the black soot like stain in the corner of the rooms, house that i bought recently. The owner claimed that he had previously carpet cleaned it, but when Mitch from south east carpet cleaning say the stain in the carpet he said that it wasnt cleaned before, though i didnt believe him straight but eventually when he showed me his results after cleaning i did, which was a shocking surprise to see my carpet had changed to near new look.
