Terrible, if you have small animals please don't go here at all. I was told on the phone that they have knowledge with small animals (mice, rats, rabbits, etc) - they don't. All staff except one nurse had poor customer skills and I waited an hour as they "forgot where I was in line". The vet barely wanted to touch my pet and her first line was "How is the (animal)?". The vet didn't know anything about my pets illness and I had to tell her what meds I needed (including dosage amounts calculated against his weight) and what the illness was - despite it being the most common illness for his species. Even then his meds were given in unsuitable containers, but by that stage I had had enough and could work with it/tranfer the meds at home. They then had the nerve to charge the full consult fee - I should have been the one charging as she helped in no way at all and was purely there to sign off on the medication. If you love your small animal, please don't go here.

We have been going here with both our lovely dogs and always have received fantastic customer service. The vets are all very dedicated and caring in their approach. In particular, Dr. Joshua Dearness is one of our favourite vets. It is a pleasure to take our beloved pets to this vet. We have recommended all our friends to use their service.

Very compassionate and caring people (including not only the vets but the reception staff also). They helped our cat (of 8yrs) when he was quite ill but we had to say goodbye in the end....everyone was so kind in our time of sadness....we now take our newest feline family member to this clinic also. :D :D :D

In an emergency, they not only fitted in my dog to their already busy operating schedule, they were able to do other operations she was due while under the anaesthetic.

Years of excellent personal care with staff who really DO care. I recently also had to farewell my old black (tail-less but queenly) cat friend of 16 years and it was done peacefully with much respect.
If YOU care and love your pet, don't take them anywhere else in the South.
Let Pam, Julie, Fiona, Emma and staff look after you the way they do.

They are an absolutely fabulous group of vets and vet nurses. Their attention to detail and personableness with their clients (human and animal) is second to NONE! They remember your animal in 99% of cases by name and ask how they are doing whether the animal in question is with you or not! I would recommend them an infinite amount of times over! If you want the best care for your pet, this is the place to go!
Edit ad: - I recently had to let my baby girl go (dog).. this was a most difficult situation but the care and attention from all staff was amazing, the trying to save her was immense effort and the care when the time came was perfect even the personal attention for me. I know when I get another dog where I will be going.
