Congratulations on your Telstra Award, well deserved. The difference it made with you fitting double glazed tilt and turn windows has made an incredible difference to the warmth of our home.

Prior to Christmas 2020 re-glazing of entire home resulted in manufacturing damage/flaws in 80% of windows, and a triple door that doesn't slide as designed. The job and repairs remain uncompleted in almost 5 months. Apparently a time-frame can not be provided, and the promises for resolution on previous time-frames have well and truly expired.

Interesting and again, very disappointing response from the owner. See below.
I have contacted Solace Creations twice in the recent three weeks. Both times I identified who I was. I asked to speak with Karen, but was told that this was not possible. Out of frustration with my efforts to obtain a remedy I posted here and their google review.
I am more than a little surprised to read that the owner of Solace Creations disagrees with there being flaws in the glass as 1) I wasn't aware we'd given permission for her to attend, or that she had attended; and 2) the flaws were apparent to the staff member who had come to assess this in January 2021.

We are very much delighted with Solace's work to replace all of our external doors and windows. The quality of the installation, in terms of sound performance, heat insulation and aesthetics has exceeded our expectations. It's making a remarkable difference to the comfort of our home. The installation team was very professional, careful and polite, even handling unexpected issues with patience, persistence and a focus on outcomes. We also used Karen's recommended painters, who were excellent.

Solace Creations installed double glazed windows at our duplex house 3 years ago. The front windows faced a main road and neighbour proximity was an issue. Karen and her team were efficient, knowledgeable and very competitively priced. The windows were a godsend once installed, apart from the reduced noise, it drastically improved our ambient temperature not to mention our energy savings. We sold that house within 3 days of the first open home for an exceptional price, as it was one of the rare houses in Bonython with double glazing and our Agent said it was a strong selling point. Needless to say once we purchased our next house in Richardson, we contacted Solace to install double glazing, which was completed today and I echo the same accolades as before. From the outset of the visit, quote and installation the whole team are professional and focussed on attention to detail and we would not trust anyone else. Quality team and quality product thoroughly recommend them for double glazing solutions.

Our home was built in the late 1960’s and the windows to say the least were “had it’, they rattled in the wind and leaked heat and cold.

After a month or so of obtaining and evaluating quotes we eventually settled on Solace Creations to install our new double glazed windows – we are glad we did!!

Solace Creations were in our opinion first class. They kept appointments, they delivered and installed when they said they would. Their sales team were polite and attentive and answered our numerous questions. Likewise, their installation team knew their craft, we had seven windows replaced in one day with up to eight tradesman in attendance. They were cheerful, considerate of us and professional at all times and left our home clean and tidy.

I’ve really been enjoying the acoustic comfort and convenience - love tilt and turn - of my new UPVC double glazed windows in the south facing study and bathroom. Now the regular sub-zero nights and morning frosts have started the benefits are even more noticeable, and I can maintain a pleasant environment across the whole apartment using far less energy than previously. They look great and are so easy to keep clean! A very worthwhile investment.

We decided to revamp our windows. Ultimately we also added in the front and rear door.
The result is a totally new feel to our house. It is like having moved house- without moving.
We have a mix of sliding and casement windows and sliding and more standard doors.
The aim was to improve heat in winter but we have been pleasantly surprised by the cooling effect in summer.

Your team are efficient, courteous and great to work with, from the time you did the measurements and suggested the best solutions to our various requirements through to the installation we were kept up to date with when things would happen, which they did exactly as scheduled. Nothing was too much trouble for your installers even when a few unforeseen problems arose, they sorted everything out as quickly as was possible and with no fuss. Being small business owners ourselves we appreciate the difficulties of dealing with interstate manufacturers , suppliers and transport companies and again were impressed by the service and timeliness of it all taking place, you have a great product with a great team to deliver it, you should be very proud of them all.

We will have no hesitation in recommending your company and its products to anyone who is thinking of improving their homes thermal efficiency and the wonderful peacefulness these products bring when closed , as we discovered during the torrential rains this week which would normally have been most intrusive.
