Adrienne came into my life at the most perfect time. I was anxious and imbalanced, high energy but frazzled, externally focused and feeling very lost.

After a few months of practicing once weekly I started to feel a strong pull towards yoga and Adrienne in particular. Her wise and caring nature left me feeling more balanced than before, and I knew that this was something special.

In my personal life I was going through a phase of transformation and spiritual awakening, and I am certain that Adrienne was a huge catalyst for much of the change that I happily embraced.

I was lucky to find Adrienne at the beginning of my yoga journey because her attention to optimal alignment of the body is like nothing I've experienced before. Still to this day I've yet to find a teacher who instructs so well that by the end of each class my body feels completely wrung out and rejuvenated, and not at all strained.

She feels into her own body as she guides you through poses on your mat. With a strong intuition and keen eye she will quickly modify something if it's not working.

I really can't speak highly enough of Adrienne! There's certain people that enter your life who you'll remember forever, and Adrienne has left a huge mark on me. I love and respect her to bits! xx

I'm so lucky to have found SolA Yoga! I have been meaning to get back to doing a regular yoga class since I moved to Melbourne (that was two years ago now!) and after talking to Adrienne about her classes I knew straight away that it was exactly what I was looking for.

I've been to the Tuesday night class twice now and I really enjoy it. There is a 1 hour yoga class followed by a 1 hour guided meditation class. The yoga class is well structured and Adrienne helps students at all levels get the most out of their yoga practice. I especially love the meditation class. It flows on well from the yoga class and it is so relaxing! I have already found it easier to move into a meditative state after only two classes, and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and blissful!

The Beaumaris Yacht Club creates the perfect backdrop to the classes. The view of the sun setting over the bay is amazing!

Adrienne is a beautiful lady with a very positive, calming presence. I highly recommend her class and I look forward to attending many, many more!

I have enjoyed developing my yoga practice over the last couple of years thanks to Adrienne's encouragement and particularly her enthusiasm for instructing and assisting you in working towards the 'correct' postures (and it doesn't matter whatever your level of experience is) which helps you enjoy yoga and more importantly do it injury free. Highly recommended.

Adrienne is a fantastic teacher with a natural flair for communication.I did my first meditation class last night and I am really feeling the benefits today.I haven't felt this good in some time and I will be going back next week to do the Yoga class and then the meditaion class after that,I can highly recommend Sola Yoga and Adrienne.
