At Smooth Laser and Beauty we are dedicated to providing each individual client with outstanding customer service conducted with the highest standards of business ethics.  Our treatments are adjusted to cater for each individual to ensure you gain full benefit from your treatment.  We use the very best quality of products and equipment to meet your individual beauty needs including the Alpha-H range of skin care products, Candela GentleLASE medical grade laser and Clairderm medical grade microdermabraision.

We offer a FREE consultation to introduce you to the treatment and explain the process and treatments required, including a patch test to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment.  Your treatment will be done by a practioner who is qualified and certified through Candela Corporation Australia.  Further information will be provided with your FREE consultation, please contact the salon to arrange your appointment for your consultation.

Karen is brilliant, and she always has some special (whether its laser or spray tanning) for her patrons. It is often hard to find someone who is good at spray tanning, but Karen is brilliant. Highly recommended.

I have had a massage and laser treatment as well as waxing done.

The service here is excellent. On my first visit they were running a bit late but were very apologetic and I still got my whole hour of massage and I wasn't rushed and it was very professional and relaxing. You also get 20% off your first treatment which is awesome.

I went back to start laser hair removal and was very impressed with the service. Karen will give you a free consultation to make sure you don't have any issues with the laser treatment and talk you through the whole process and answer any questions you may have or any concerns. I felt very comfortable going back. I also just decided to get an eyebrow wax at the last minute and she accommodated me with no problems at all.

Small busness but big on quality Both Karen and Vanessa are perfectionists and have an eye for detail. Very relaxed atmosphere and you are treated like a friend not just a client My nails are stunning and all my friend comment how great they look. I am of the older generation and have only started going to "beauty salons" in the last 2 years as a reward to myself. i routinely get pedis waxing and nails and am thinking i need to start facials i feel comfortable with Vanessa and Karen and don't feel i am being judged in any way as some other salons staff do. Keep up the good work ! As a Infection control consultant in a hospital i am always on the look out for bad practices - i must say i couldn't find any , there hygeine practices are spot on Well done girls !

I have been a customer of Smooth for over 3 years now and i have nothing but praise for the therapist Karen and the service she provides.

Her work is always thorough and her manner both highly professional and caring. I was new to the treatment of laser when I first walked into the salon and Karen took the time to explain the process and answer my many questions, i really appreciated the free patch test.

I am so completely satisfied with the service that I have no hesitation recommending Smooth to anyone and everyone who asks - in fact many of my relatives and friends are now clients.

I was completely shocked to read the review by "aussiegirl" - to me it reads like someone who is after a freebie, a voucher "jumper"...i can't understand why anyone would go back for treatment from somewhere they were not fully satisfied after the first visit???

Anyway...I'm hair free and very happy...money well spent....but I still go into Smooth for the great facials Karen has to offer....micro is fantastic!

aussiegirl - are you sure you went to Smooth Laser and Beauty in Belfield? Because if you did you would know that Karen has been there for several years and has extensive experience in laser hair removal.

How do I know Smooth is a great place? Well, I went there TWICE for my legs and I have had no hair growth for a YEAR! My plan is to have the whole body lasered eventually! In addition to laser, Karen and Vanessa do amazing skin and nail treatments as well and I have gone to them for manis, pedis and microdermabrasion.

As I am a regular customer of Karens, I recommended my sister take advantage of the 3 sessions offer on the deal site and she is more than happy with the results. She will be going back for more treatments on legs and arms.

Smooth Laser and Beauty is a professional and clean environment and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try laser hair removal. Karen is approachable, professional and the results from her work are commendable!

I've been going to Smooth laser and beauty since the beginning of this year for both laser and then facial treatments, and my results so far have been great, for both the laser treatments and my skin condition.

I have found Karen to be a friendly, professional and experienced beautician. I've referred a couple of friends' wives to Karen and they have had nothing but praise for her quality of work and customer service.

I've been going to Smooth for over 2 years & i won't ever try anywhere else! I was recommended there for Laser hair removal but i now use the other services available also!! The laser treatments are so effective & the service is fantastic!
