Contact from reviews on womo for hubby's personal tax return. Great initial meeting but then required various follow-ups to get an answer on refund and correct errors. These follow-ups negated initial experience. Is a bit cheaper than others but will go with another company given the follow-ups required.

Alan and his team are exceptional in whatever they do, be it tax returns (individuals, companies, trust, super fund, etc), bas, financial planning, business set up and many other services. The quality is top notch and service is fast and efficient. They work according to client's requirements and not other way round as most accounting firms do.

I went in for a tax return, which was processed on the spot and lodged that day. They then followed up, identifying I had no Income Protection Insurance and reviewed all my personal Financial Planning needs including Superannuation. I am now reassured my insurance is current and up to date and my Super is working towards my planned retirement figure...not just sitting there in many funds not doing much! They are fantastic, friendly, thorough and professional.

These guys did my tax return so quickly, i was shocked. The staff are always helpful and never mind when i bring in a shoebox full of tattered receipts for my tax return and BAS

Alan has carefully chosen the best insurance policy for my wife and myself and then successfully negotiated a great discount on premiums. He also organised the transfer of the superannuation funds into a more flexible super fund and prepared a plan of investments in accordance with our profile and requirements.
His team assisted in every step of the process, the guys are very quick in response and resolved all the minor issues fast and efficiently.
Alan is very keen to provide an advice should any question arises - it's not simply "set it and forget it" - there is a continuous and ongoing support and I feel confident they are truly a part of my team.
