I needed a first birthday cake for my gorgeous baby girl. I knew I wanted something cute, girly and unique (and a little part of the cake designed just for her) in a yellow DUCK theme. The wonderful people at SIMPLY CUPCAKES designed a bright, beautiful and delicious chocolate cake and decorated it to my specific requests. their Email communication was prompt and very convenient! Everyone at the birthday party was delighted with the cake and wanted to know WHERE the cake came from! :) This family business is well worth its excellent reputation and I wish them all the best in their business! Thank you Simply Cupcakes! :)

They have an amazing range of cupcakes but the service wasn't very good at all. I walked in and identified myself as a first time customer. To which I received a blank look, I had to ask about what kind of quantities I could purchase the cupcakes in. The rest of the transaction was not personable or happy. The products however are nice but not what you would call amazing.

Short staffing on this day has lead to a temporary drop in our our customer service which is usually a very happy and enjoyable experience, so my sincerest apologies! What these guys dont have on offer in the variety of cupcakes is simply not worth having. The cupcakes are heavenly especially the bantoffee flavour. Prices are very reasonable and they are always running special offers.

I ordered some Cupcakes for my Daugheters christening and they were perfect!! They are a little expensive but when some else is doing all the work what are you paying for! These were great cupcakes and there was none left over!! Love them!!

I ordered a special birthday cake for my Grandson and it was just terrific! They made a fantastic Ben 10 figure with the icing, which all the kids were absolutely enthralled by! Lots of little messy faces followed!

LOVELY FRIENDLY and really genuinely nice staff. My daughter did the Cupcake Decorating course for kids over the school holidays, and she thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was fun and Sky who ran the class was just a wonderful friendly lady. THeir cupcakes are so very yummy too!

The best and nicest store around. i went in there today, to ask if they had any black fondant, and the lady gave me the best advise on how i was going to get black fondant, and absolutely lovely, more stores need ladies like her. her help was much appreciated.
