I was looking for a salon close to my work and it was a week before Christmas and I actually got an appointment at Sergei Videl. I have to say I am incredibly happy with the quality of service, my hair cut and colour have been exceptional. Nerida is very experienced, one of things I love best is she does my colour and cut in such a short time, I recently had my haircut into a shorter style and I just love it, I am a forever customer now. Thank you Nerida- you are the best!!!

Amazing experience. Serge is a people person and tuned into the kind of person l am and everything he spoke about had 110% of my attention. Such an honour to listen to what he was talking about. He knew what I wanted with my hair because he listened and he added his own ideas in and it looks so so special!! I'm a very happy little vegemite. My new hairdresser :-)

OMG most amazing staff ever, the girl who cut my hair, Jenna, was absolutely amazing, she gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Thank you, I needed someone to finally listen and understand what I wanted and needed!

Fantastic experience. Have loved every haircut or treatment I've had at Serge Videl. Happy to go back, and pay extra. The staff are friendly, I get a coffee and lots of magazines to flick through.

Just been to Serge Videl Hairstylists. WOW. My hair needed help. I had a Kerastase treatment and I can't believe how soft and beautiful it is now. I thought I would have to have it cut short, but Serge trimmed my split ends and I've still got long hair! Very relaxing, Very happy, I feel fantastic about my hair.
